VENUE Viseu is a Portuguese city belonging to the Central region but which is in the north of Portugal and is sited about 280Km of Lisbon and 140km from Oporto. 7. AIRLINES Direct Fly from several main Airports to the Oporto International Airport. The Organising Committee will provide transportation from and to the airport, as well during the Championships. 8. VISA REQUIREMENT Visa to come to Portugal might be required for some countries 2
9. LANGUAGE English is the official language of SU-DS event. All material and information will be available in English. The Organising Committee will provide to each team a volunteer for translation. 10. INSURANCE The Organising Committee ensures satisfactory arrangements in respect of public liability and professional indemnity. Members of the participating are responsible for their own insurance requirement for travel, personal accident, liability and medical matters. 11. ACCOMODATION AND FOOD The Organising Committee provides full board logistic facilities which include accommodation and meals in a comfortable hotel with double and triple rooms in Viseu. 13. ELIGIBILITY / MEDICAL PROVISION / DOPING Eligibility of athletes: all participants should be registered with SU-DS Medical support: will be available at competition venues and accommodation Doping Control: Doping Control will be ensured by the Portugal Doping Control Unit 3
16. COMPETITION RULES The competition rules will be according to the FIFA Fédération Internationale de Football Association for Futsal 17. PARTICIPATIONS Each Team may enter a maximum of 20 (twenty) persons: 15 (fifteen) players maximum 12 in each game plus 5 (five) officials 18. INAS TAX SU-DS Capitation Tax (Athletes and Officials) of 25,00 19. ENTRY FEE The entry fee of 700,00 for 3 stars hotels, double/triple rooms for the whole period (single rooms will have an extra of 25,00 per day) will cover: - Board and lodging with breakfast, lunch and dinner; - Transportation from and to Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Oporto); - Local transports; - Ceremonies. 20.
