DVS Tools & Components NAXOS-DISKUS Schleifmittelwerke GmbH was founded in Frankfurt in 1871, and manufactures precision grinding tools for a wide range of different applications. The range of products mainly covers abrasive wheels for double face grinding, outer diameter grinding, centerless grinding as well as gear grinding. DVS Production On behalf of the automotive industry, DVS Production mass-produces passenger components for passenger car gearboxes at the Krauthausen site in Thüringen/Germany. The entire process chain of soft and hard machining is dealt with in Krauthausen, using the technologies turning, gear cutting, grinding and gear honing. The production technology is made up exclusively of the latest machine generations from the DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP. Even smaller-volume turning or milling lots are manufactured economically and reliably at the Kürnbach site near Karlsruhe/Germany.
