FAQ How do I coordinate my Group Outing with the Red Sox? In order to coordinate your group outing, we recommend speaking directly with a Group Sales account executive. They can be reached via email at groupsales@redsox.com or by phone at 617.226.685. What is the minimum number of guests to be considered a Group? The group minimum is 20 tickets, and there is no maximum number of tickets (subject to availability). Do I have to purchase all the tickets at the time of order, even if I don t know my final group size? Upon reserving your tickets you will have 2 weeks, (assuming your game is more than 0 days out) to finalize guest count and payment with your Group Sales account executive. All tickets must be paid for at the latest, 0 days prior to your game. If the game is within 0 days, full payment is required at the time of the order. Can I reserve tickets? If your game is more than 0 days away, you may reserve tickets for up to two weeks while you finalize your guest count and seating location. What can I do if I need help at the game? Please visit the Group Sales table located at Gate C, behind Bleacher 7. There will be a Group Sales staff member present starting when gates open until the end of the rd inning. Do children need a ticket to get into the ballpark? Children age two and under do not require a ticket for admission.
