1. PACKET PICK-UP Before you run you need to pick up your race number and swag bag! Here are a few reminders about your packet pick up: You must have signed your waiver electronically before you can pick up your packet. If you haven t signed it yet, please do so via the Sign into My Active link at the bottom of your confirmation email. You may pick up packets on behalf of your family, friends or teammates but be sure they have signed their waivers first! If you are under the age of 18 you MUST have a parent or guardian sign your electronic waiver online before the day of the event. Prepare for queues at the packet pick up tents. Registration and packet pick ups will begin at 8AM from the packet pick up tents. Please make sure you arrive in plenty of time as there may be queues to pick up your packet. 2

3. GETTING TO RACECOURSE Parking We have a large amount of FREE parking on site. Please arrive early to avoid queuing. Please use the entrance on Lansdown Road, where our event staff will direct you into the venue and your parking space. Sat Nav Postcode: BA1 9BU Public Transport Public transport is limited to Bath Racecourse. For your safety we also recommend not using the local pack and ride, this is due to the limited amount pedestrian walkway along the roads surrounding the racecourse. By Helicopter We know you guys want to arrive in style but unfortunately we do not have a helicopter landing site at this event so please leave your helicopters at home. J 4
08:00 PACKET PICK UP OPENS! You will need to pick up your packet before you can run. This begins on site at 8:00AM. Come early, there may be queues! 09:30 PRE RACE FESTIVAL KICKS OFF! Don t forget to stop by our store before the race! We ve got awesome swag and of course TONS of DYE! Runners are sent on a first come first serve basis! Get to the chute by 10:00AM. The last wave is sent around 10:30AM 10:30 10:00 THE RACE BEGINS! THE DYE FESTIVAL STARTS! J 10:30 highly trained DYE Crew will be ready to administer Random Acts of DYE (they ll be throwing colour all over you!) If you d rather dance, walk or jog slowly, no problem Remember, the race isn t timed, and this isn t a competition! The terrain is flat and a combination of grass, dirt track and tarmac. DYE FESTIVAL At the end of the course, head over to the stage for the DYE Festival. MC Sam will be blasting more DYE out with music and colour so you play...and of course throw tons of colour all over can dance, party, friends! You get a free colour packet as part of your your family and pre-race swag and there s plenty more to buy at the Run or DYE swag store. SWA G STORE Remember to check out our SWAG STORE for awesome Run or DYE 2015 gear. We take both cash and card! RACE DAY SCHEDULE: LAST WAVE OF DYE RUNNERS SENT 12:30 4. RACE DAY INFORMATION THE DYE FESTIVAL ENDS L 13:00 STA RT TIME We send the first wave of DYE Runners to race the rainbow at 10:00AM. Additional start waves are sent approximately every 5 minutes after that. *Runners are sent on a first come first serve basis so plan your morning accordingly. COURSE AND COLOUR STATIONS run, walk and dance through our DYE Stations. WHAT TO WEA R you re the canvas so wear whatever you At Run or DYE want! Lots of runners wear white to show off all the colour while others come dressed in crazy costumes. Just remember, whatever you wear will get covered in coloured DYE and while our DYE is designed to be don t do your laundry. So wear washable, we don t mind getting a little colourful! something you PHOTO POLICY We want you to make memories and take pictures! Your smartphones and point and shoot cameras are welcome! There will also be professional photographers on the course so remember to smile at the camera! 5. GENERAL INFORMATION Want to find your totally awesome photos taken by our camera crew? Just follow the steps below! FIND YOUR PHOTOS! 1. WEAR YOUR BIB DURING THE RACE 2. FIND AN OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER TO TAKE YOUR PHOTO! (TRY TO GET YOUR BIB NUMBER IN THE PHOTO) 3. KEEP YOUR BIB/REMEMBER YOUR NUMBER 4. GO TO WWW.RUNORDYE.CO.UK/PHOTOS 5. SEARCH BY YOUR BIB NUMBER AND PURCHASE YOUR PHOTOS SA FETY 1. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER: Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during and after the race. Runners receive a drink at the finish line, but we strongly suggest that you bring your own to stay hydrated before and during the event as well. 2. USE COMMON SENSE WHEN THROWING DYE: Don t throw DYE directly in peoples faces, don t throw DYE at babies or at service animals and don t throw DYE at photographers with expensive equipment. If you see anyone throwing DYE inappropriately please report it to a member of staff. 3. REPORT SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR OR PEOPLE WHO LOOK LIKE THEY NEED ASSISTANCE: Run or DYE participants are the best on the planet and we ve never had any problems at any of our events. Still, if you see anyone acting suspiciously or endangering others please report it to a volunteer or staff member. If you happen to run past someone who seems to be struggling or appear they need medical assistance, let a volunteer know so that we can get them the help they might need. 4. DO NOT LEAVE BAGS UNATTENDED: Any bags left unattended will be immediately confiscated by event security! WEA THER We will hold Run or DYE as scheduled even if it is raining! However, our first priority is your safety and there may be occasions such as high wind or lightening- that will postpone the run. If the weather looks threatening as we lead up to the event, keep your eyes on our Facebook page and your email for updates. 6
