Minimum certified open water diver from recognized dive agencies with last dive less than 6 months ago. b. Any last dive more than 6 months ago may be required to undergo a Scuba Review at additional cost. c. Must produce certified dive card and dive log book at the dive center before commencing first dive. d. Produce any valid dive insurance policy or card (eg : from Diver s Alert Network DAN) upon registration at dive center. e. No refund for any cancellation made at dive center due to personal request. However, for cancellation made by the resort due to unfavorable weather condition, the resort may substitute the cancelled dive trip with other services of equivalent value. f. Additional dives, including night dives can be booked at dive center at additional cost g. Dive sites will be determined by dive instructor / dive master on the day of dive trip. Minimum Requirement and Terms for Open Water Diver a. Able to swim and float comfortably b. Physically healthy (refer to attached medical checklist) c. No guarantee that a participant will be certified upon end of stay package. d. Instructor has the right to extend the course duration if participant is unable to practice or fulfill the minimum skills required for personal safety reason. Under this circumstance, apart from the dive course, all other expenses for the extension of stay, including rooms and meals, will be charged and paid accordingly by the participant. e. Recommended to have at least 3 full days at the resort. f. No flying is allowed within 24 hours after the final dive. Ensure departure date and flight schedule is well-planned. g.
