250 Boy Scout Road, Augusta, GA 30909 VIP corporate hospitality will be at The Foundry at Rae s Creek, the premier hospitality facility in Augusta, GA. The expansive facility features a front deck, lounge, banquet hall, a covered and heated outdoor rear patio with a bar and grill, and flat screen TVs throughout. For your convenience, there is also a complimentary shuttle to and from Augusta National.
INFORMATION & DETAILS Registration Process/Badge Disbursement Each day upon arrival, all guests are required to check in at our registration desk. In order to make this process as efficient as possible, please have all of your guests prepare with the proper information. Hospitality Ticket Guests must have a ticket corresponding with the appropriate day to gain access into The Foundry at Rae s Creek. The back of these tickets are registration cards. These tickets will be shipped to your attention in advance so that guests may arrive each day with the registration information completed upon arrival. Business cards may be attached in lieu of writing out the information. GUESTS WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO THE FOUNDRY AT RAE S CREEK WITHOUT THE APPROPRIATE TICKET Hospitality Wristband As guests register, they will receive a color-coded wristband. Badge Disbursement The most important piece of information you can share with your guests is that: ALL BADGES ARE PICKED UP FROM THE FOUNDRY AT RAE S CREEK AND RETURNED AT THE END OF THE DAY. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT EACH DAY, ALL BADGES ARE RETURNED TO THE FOUNDRY AT RAE S CREEK. Item Check You may check items at our desk including small personal belongings that are not allowed on the course (cell phones, cameras, etc.)
SECURITY & AUTOGRAPH POLICY Cell phones, beepers, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited on the grounds of Augusta National at all times. Cameras are strictly prohibited on Tournament days. Anyone violating this policy will be subject to removal from the grounds and the purchaser s permanent loss of credentials (tickets). The following items are not allowed into the tournament: (however, guests may check most of these items at the VIP Item Check) - Cell Phones & Smart Watches - Beepers/Electronic Devices - Bags, Backpacks, Carry bags, Packages* Cameras** - Weapons of any kind - Alcoholic beverages - Beverage containers/coolers - Flags, banners, or signs - Folding armchairs/rigid type chairs or stools - Ladders or periscopes - Radios, TVs, or tape recorders - Strollers - Walkie Talkies * Ladies pocketbooks are allowed. Personal bags/belt bags no larger than 10 W x 5 H x 5 D are allowed. **Cameras are allowed on Practice Round days Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. For player safety and protection, there is a NO AUTOGRAPH POLICY enforced on the golf course for the Practice and Tournament days.
