brilliance that beautifies, and all Your glories are radiantly brilliant. Your glories. majesty that gives grandeur, and all Your majestic powers are strongly sublime. Your powers. refined good that makes more handsome, and all Your refinements are gracefully beautiful. Your beauties. greatness that makes great, and all Your powers are extensively important. Your influences. O Allah, I beseech You to give me from Your light that enlightens, and all Your enlightenments are luminously bright. Your lights. mercy that gives much, and all Your kind leniencies are plenteously many. perfection that brings to fullness, and all Your perfections are total and whole. Your perfections. Words that elaborate and conclude; and all Your words are complete and perfect. Your Words. Names that make great, and all Your Names are important. Your Names. O Allah, I beseech You to give me from Your authority that surpasses in honor and power, and all Your authorities are rare and supreme. Your authorities. Will that (simultaneously) takes effect, and all Your wills are (at once) executed. Wisdom that pierces through and enforces, and Your Wisdom is altogether effective. Wisdom. promise which always is fulfilled, and all Your promises are kept and fulfilled. Your promises. Channels which are most dear to You, and all that which is dear to You is most desirable. Your Channels. distinctions that vie in glory, and all Your distinctions are noble. highness that is supreme and all Your highness is supreme. of Your highness. signs which are astonishing, and all Your signs are astonishing. Your signs. bounties which always move ahead, come in advance, and all Your bounties are eternal. Your bounties. O Allah, I ask You to give me whereby You exercises absolute authorities and power, I beseech You in the name of (Your) total omnipotence, and total authority. O Allah, I ask You to give me whereby You gives answer to my supplication whenever I turn to You. O Allah save Whom there is no god! I beseech You in the name of the brilliance of there is no god save You. O He save Whom there is no god, I beseech You in the name of there is no god save You. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from the most widespread of Your sustenance; and all Your sustenance is widespread. whole sustenance. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from the most wholesome of Your bestowal; and Your entire bestowal is wholesome. entire bestowal. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from Your most instant welfare; and Your entire welfare is instant. entire welfare. O Allah, I beseech You to grant me from the best of Your favors; and all Your favors are excellent. whole favor. the Household of Mu ammad and resurrect me carrying belief in You, giving credence to Your Messenger, peace be upon him and his Household, being loyal to `Al ibn Ab -± lib, ي ا لا ا ل ه ا لا ا ن ت ا س ا لك بلا ا ل ه ا لا ا ن ت فٱس ت جب ل ي كم ا و ع د ت ني ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك م ن ر زق ك ب اع م ه و ك ل ر زق ك ع ام ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك ب ر زق ك ك له ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك م ن ع طاي ك با ه ن ي و ك ل ع طاي ك ه ني ء ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك بع طاي ك ك ل ه ه ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك م ن خي رك ب اع ج ل ه و ك ل خي رك ع ا ج ل ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك ب خي رك ك له ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك م ن و ك ل ف ضل ك فاض ل ف ضل ك با ف ضل ه ال له م ا ني ا س ا لك ب ف ضل ك ك له و ٱب ع ث ني ع لى ٱلا يم ان بك و ٱل ت صد ي ق بر س ول ك ع لي ه و ا ل ه ٱلس لا م و ٱ ل ولا ي ة ل ع ل ي ب ن ا بي طال ب
disclaiming his enemies, and accepting the leadership of the Imams from Mu ammad s Household, peace be upon them, for I am pleased with that, O my Lord. O Allah, send blessings to Mu ammad, Your servant and Messenger, among the ancient ones, send blessings to Mu ammad among the later ones, send blessings to Mu ammad in the Highest Chiefs, and send blessings to Mu ammad among the Missioned Prophets. O Allah, grant Mu ammad [the right of] mediation, honor, precedence, and great rank. the Household of Mu ammad, make me satisfied with the sustenance You have given me, bless me in what You have granted me, safeguard me during my absence [from home], and safeguard every absent one that is related to me. the Household of Mu ammad, resurrect me carrying belief in You and giving credence to Your Messenger. the Household of Mu ammad, and I beseech You for the best of goodness: Your pleasure and Paradise, و ٱ لب ر اء ة م ن ع د و ه و ٱلا ي ت م ا م بٱلا ة م ي م ن ا ع لي هم ٱلس لا م ف ا ني ل م ح م د قد ر ضي ت بذ ل ك ي ا ر ب ال له م ص ل ع لى م ح م د ع ب د ك و ر س ول ك ف ي ٱلا و لين و ص ل ع لى م ح م د ف ي ٱلا خ رين و ص ل ع لى م ح م د ف ي ٱ لم لا ٱلا ع لى و ص ل ع لى م ح م د ف ي ٱ لم ر س لين ال له م ا ط ع م ح م د ا ٱ لو سي ل ة و ٱل شر ف و ٱ ل فض ي ل ة و ٱلد ر ج ة ٱ ل كبير ة و ق نع ني بم ا ر ز ق ت ني و ب ا رك ل ي ف يم ا ا تي ت ني و ٱح ف ظ ني ف ي غي ب تي و ك ل غاي ب ه و ل ي و ٱب ع ث ني ع لى ٱلا يم ان بك و ٱل ت صد ي ق بر س ول ك و ا س ا لك خي ر ٱ ل خي ر ر ضو ا نك و ٱ لج ن ة
و ا ع و ذ بك م ن شر ٱل شر س خط ك و ٱل نا ر و ٱح ف ظ نى م ن ك ل م صيب ة و م ن ك ل ب ل ي ة و م ن ك ل ع قوب ة و م ن ك ل ف ت نة و م ن ك ل ب لا ء و م ن ك ل شر و م ن ك ل م كر وه ك ل م صيب ة و م ن و م ن ك ل ا فة ن ز ل ت ا و ت ن ز ل م ن ٱلس ماء ا لى ٱلا ر ض ف ي ه ذ ه ٱلس اع ة ه ذ ه ٱل لي ل ة ه ذا ٱ لي و م ه ذا ٱل شه ر ه ذ ه ٱلس ن ة و ٱ قس م ل ي م ن ك ل س ر و ر و م ن ك ل ب ه ج ة و م ن ك ل ٱس ت قام ة و م ن ك ل فر ج and I pray for Your protecting me against the worst of evil: Your wrath and Hellfire. the Household of Mu ammad and protect me against every misfortune, every tribulation, every punishment, every trial, every ordeal, every evil, every mishap, every misfortune, and every bane that has been caused to descend or will be caused to descend from the heavens to the earth, at this hour, at this night, on this day, in this month, and in this year. the Household of Mu ammad and grant me part of every pleasure, every delight, every uprightness, every relief,
every wellbeing, every safety, every honoring, every sustenance that is expansive, legally-gotten, and wholesome, every grace, and every affluence that has been caused to descend or will be caused to descend from the heavens to the earth, at this hour, at this night, on this day, in this month, and in this year. O Allah, if my sins have worn out my face in Your sight, intervened between You and me, and changed my state with You, so, I beseech You in the name of the Light of Your Face that is never extinguished, in the name of the face of Mu ammad, Your chosen and most beloved of You, in the name of the face of `Al, Your most pleased intimate servant, and in the name of Your saints whom You have selected [for Yourself] to send blessings to Mu ammad and the Household of Mu ammad و م ن ك ل ع اف ي ة و م ن ك ل س لا م ة و م ن ك ل كر ام ة ل و م ن ك ل ر ز ق و اس ع ح لا طي ب و م ن ك ل نع م ة وم ن ك ل س ع ة ن ز ل ت ا و ت ن ز ل م ن ٱلس ماء ا لى ٱلا ر ض ف ي ه ذ ه ٱلس اع ة ه ذ ه ٱل لي ل ة ه ذا ٱ لي و م ه ذا ٱل شه ر ه ذ ه ٱلس ن ة ال له م ا ن كا ن ت ذ نو بي قد ا خ ل ق ت و ج هي ع ند ك و ح ا ل ت ب ي ني و ب ي نك و غي ر ت ح ال ي ع ند ك ف ا ني ا س ا لك ب نو ر و ج هك ٱ لذ ي لا ي ط ف ا و بو ج ه م ح م د ح بي بك ٱ لم ص ط فى و بو ج ه و ل ي ك ع ل ي ٱ لم ر ت ضى و بح ق ا و ل ي اي ك ٱ ل ذين ٱ ن تج ب ته م ا ن ت ص لي ع لى م ح م د و ا ل م ح م د
and forgive me all of my past sins, and protect me [against sinning] in the rest of my life. I seek Your protection, O Allah, against that I may commit again any act of disobedience to You as long as You keep me alive so that You will take me up while I am obedient to You and You are pleased with me. I beseech You to seal my life with the most excellent of my deeds, decide Paradise to be my reward for that, and do to me that which befits You, O He Who is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive! Send blessings to Mu ammad and the Household of Mu ammad and have mercy on me, in the name of Your mercy, O most Merciful of all those who show mercy. و ا ن ت غف ر ل ي م ا م ضى م ن ذ نو بي و ا ن تع ص م ني و ا ع و ذ بك ٱل له م ا ن ا ع ود ف ي ش ا ب د ا فيم ا ب قي م ن ع م ري صيك م ع ا م ن ي ء م ا ا ب قي ت ني ح تى ت تو فاي ن و ا نا لك م طيع و ا ن ت ع ني ر ا ض ت خت م ل ي ع م لي و ا ن با ح س نه و تج ع ل ل ي ثو اب ه ٱ لج ن ة و ا ن ت فع ل بي م ا ا ن ت ا ه له ي ا ا ه ل ٱل ت قو ى و ي ا ا ه ل ٱ لم غف ر ة ص ل ع لى م ح م د و ا ل م ح م د و ٱر ح م ني بر ح م ت ك ي ا ا م ح ر ٱلر اح مين Fifth: It is recommended to say the supplicatory prayer that Shaykh al-± s and Sayyid Ibn ± w s reported to be said after offering a two unit prayer and imploring for forgiveness seventy times. This supplicatory prayer begins with the following: All praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. All praise be to Allah, the Maker of the skies and the earth al amdu lill hi rabb al` lam na al amdu lill hi f iri alssam w ti wal-ar i ا لح م د ل ل ه ر ب ٱ لع ا لم ين ا لح م د ل ل ه فاط ر ٱلس م او ات و ٱلا ر ض
