Draws The starting times for Rounds 1 and 2 of the Pro-Am tournament will be published in the tournament office by 13.00hrs on Wednesday 21 st February as well as at the Official Hotel, The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino by 14.00hrs. The order of play will be in strict Professional score order with the leading Professional going out last. NOTE: No changes to the draws will be permitted once they are posted and the decision of the Tournament Director in conjunction with Costa Navarino will be final. 5. Starting All competitors are required to be at their starting tee 10 minutes prior to their start time. This is to allow the starter to provide pin positions, local rules and additional information to each player. This also ensures that all team members are present and able to start on time. Male professionals will play from the White Tees, female professionals from the Blue Tees, male amateurs from the Yellow Tees and female amateurs from the red tees. Important When a team comprises of more than a Professional and one amateur the team will incur a penalty of two strokes, if at the designated starting time they cannot fulfill the scoring requirements of the event: i) Where the Professional is marking an individual score and the Professional is late then no penalty is applied to the team score providing that the team could fulfill the Pro-Am scoring requirements assuming that the professional was present. A penalty of two strokes shall be applied to the Professional's individual score. ii) The team shall only commence play if the professional and the minimum number of amateur partners required to fulfill the scoring requirements are present. iii) If a team cannot fulfill the scoring requirements of the event at the time of the last starting time the team shall be disqualified. Exception to this clause will be in the instance of a Professional not being ready to commence play by this time and if in these circumstances the team can fulfill the scoring requirements of the event then they will be permitted to play without the Professional. If a team commences play under these circumstances, then any player may join the team on the course upon his arrival.

NOTE: When both Professional and the team are subject to a two stroke penalty for lateness on the tee, the team total for the first hole will be increased by two shots prior to any penalty being added to the Professional's individual score for that hole. 6. Buggies All competitors will be permitted to ride in buggies for the practice rounds and the tournament rounds of the Pro-Am. 7. Recording of Scores Live scoring for the event will be provided by Golf Genius and will be conducted through the buggy GPS system. All scoreboards must be returned to the recording area situated within the Tournament Office immediately following play. 8. Rulings & Doubt as to Procedure There will be PGAs of Europe Rules Officials on the courses at all times to deal with any disputes. If, however, there is no Rules Official present the player may invoke Rule 3-3 (two ball rule). The player must nominate the ball with which he wants to score, should the rules permit, and report the facts to a PGAs of Europe Official immediately after the conclusion of play. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. 9. Distance Measuring Devices As per Section B3 of the PGAs of Europe Conditions of Competition, all competitors will be permitted to use distance measuring devices provided they measure distance only. If a player has any doubt as to whether a device is conforming they should seek the advice of a PGAs of Europe official. 10. Slow Play A pace of play will be enforced for the duration of the tournament. If an amateur can not score on a hole then they must pick up to assist the pace of play. It will be the professional's responsibility to ensure that the team's pace of play adheres to the guidelines of the Tournament Director. 11. Bad Weather / Play Foreshortened or Cancelled In the event of bad weather and an overall result not being possible, the overall result will be decided over completed rounds. All players should make themselves aware of the Suspension of Play Policy which can be found on the PGAs of Europe Hard Card Section B5. In all instances when there is a threat of lightning the player should put their own safety first and seek shelter as soon as possible. In the event of unforeseen circumstances any decision shall be made by the PGAs of Europe and, in consultation with Costa Navarino, will be binding.
