CSIT WORLD SPORTS GAMES, which will be held in the city of Lignano Sabbiadoro from 7 th to 14 th of June, 2015. The city of Lignano Sabbiadoro is welcoming CSIT, its World Sport Games and the several thousands of participants from all over the world to practice sports and sports for all activities in the best atmosphere and conditions. In the past years it is proven that the World Sport Games are an excellent opportunity to meet and greet people from all over the world in a sportive way. About the World Sport Games (WSG) The WSG is a bi-annual international event full of sports, sport for all, cultural exchange and fun. These games are not multisports games for top athletes, but for all workers and amateurs from different countries and cultures all over the world. Not only the organisation of competitions is in the foreground, but also organising a huge festival with regard to gathering sports friends, as a worldwide family, to advance the making of friendships, the exchange of information and experiences within the sports or sports overlapping. That s the spirit of CSIT! The WSG is an open event for amateur sports-athletes with raising numbers of participants each edition and welcomes (non-) member organisations, partners, governmental bodies, trade unions and companies from all over the word. The history of the WSG proves this event has Olympic allures. It provides the participants a real international sports week with touristic and cultural content they will never forget. Physical activities for seniors/ elderly people: Target group: Seniors 55+, who can walk and move without problems and trainers/instructors with experience in and interest for physical activities for seniors. Ages and Sex: 55 years and older for the active seniors. No age limit for trainers/instructors. Females and Males. Activities for Seniors (Indoor and Outdoor): Krolf, Cross Boccia, Walking, Warming up, Gymnastics, Water Gymnastics, special concepts, etc. Some member unions with experience in physical activities for seniors will be responsible for the activities. Trainers/Instructors can exchange experiences and knowledge. During the World Sports Games there will be a promotion, demonstration and competition of new sports. Transportation Shuttle busses are available for transportation from and to the airport. Public transportation in the city of Lignano Sabbiadoro is free of charge by showing your WSG accreditation badge. The minimum age of participants will be mentioned in the 2nd invitation after the CSIT Congress October 13-19, 2014. All CSIT member unions and organizations, as well as non-members have the right to participate in the ALL competitions with unlimited number of teams and athletes! Championships and competitions will be organised under WADA rules Each participant has to sign the CSIT Anti Doping Rules Appendix 2 Form! 2

Competition rules More information about the WADA compliant CSIT Anti Doping Rules can be found in Annex 2 of this invitation. Each sport has its own sporting rules based on the international accepted rules. However small differences in the rules are possible. Annex 6 Payment Processes REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS Deadline for submitting PRELIMINARY REGISTRATION (on-line): February 15 th, 2015 Payment of 50% of the total sum: February 15 th, 2015 Deadline for submitting DEFINITIVE REGISTRATION (on-line): May 7 th, 2015 Payment of the remaining sum: May 7 th, 2015 Remark: Only those participants are officially / finally registered, who have transferred ALL payments! The payments must be released on the following bank account: Banking details will follow in the 2 nd and final invitation after the CSIT Congress October 13-19, 2014! 9

Annex 7 Cancellation CANCELLATION POLICY Based on the Technical Commissions and Championships General Regulations the Cancellation Policy of the CSIT World Sports Games 2015 is as follows: In order to be officially registered all registration payments have to be transferred to the organizer until the definitive registration deadline on May 7 th, 2015. In case of cancellation by a registered participant until May 7 th, 2015, the organizer will refund all payments (100%). Cancellation between May 8 th and May 14 th, 2015, the organizer will refund 50% of the total sum. Last minute cancellation between May 15 th and May 21 st, 2015, the organizer will refund 25% of the total sum. After May 21 st, 2015 no refund will be conducted. CSIT Championships Cancellation: Be aware the organisation will reserve the right of cancellation of sports disciplines, if there are not at least 4 CSIT member unions preliminary registered on February 15, 2015. In that case the organiser will refund all payments. 10
