RULES 1 DENOMINATION: The F.I.P.S.A.S. with the agreement of C.M.A.S. and with the endorsement of the International University Sports Federation FISU, has the pleasure to invite you at the 1st University international competition in LIGNANO SABBIADORO from Saturday 2th to Wednesday 6th of August 2014. 2 COMPETITION PLACE: The Competition will be held in: Ge.Tur. Sport Village - Viale Centrale, 29 Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) - ITALY - Number 8 lanes, 50 meters long Olympic swimming pool features a constant depth 2,10 m. 3 PARTICIPATION RULES AND RACES: Each National team should comply with the Championship Rules, Safety Requirements set by the Organizers and all other CMAS Rules and Regulations. Eligible to participate at this Championship are the university teams of National Federations, affiliated to CMAS as following: a) Students who are currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at a university or similar institute whose status is recognised by the appropriate national academic authority of their country; b) Former students of the institutions mentioned in a) who have obtained their academic degree or diploma in the year preceding the event; All competitors must satisfy the following conditions: a) Be a national of the country they represent (nationality); b) Be at least 17 and less than 28 years of age on January 1st in the year of the event. Individual dossier to submit on arrival The dossier must include: If a student ******** a)1. a document proving that s/he has satisfied the conditions normally required in his/her country for entrance to a university or similar institute; b)2. Student card or certificate from the appropriate national academic authority certifying that the competitor is currently officially registered as proceeding towards a degree or diploma at a university or similar institute whose status is recognized by the appropriate national academic authority of their country. If a former student: Proof of the date s/he obtained his/her final academic degree or diploma; ******** Swimming pool events: Each national team should enter not more than two (2) competitors to each individual event and not more than one team to each relay. National teams should bring two (2) national flags (m. 2,00 x m. 1,00) and a CD with the national anthem.

(Annex 3) The letter proving the bank transfer should be sent to the Organizing Committee. no later than 1 Th July 2014 (Annex 4) Competitor s List has to be sent to CMAS HQ. (Annex 5) Hotel Booking period is closed, Final Booking List has to be sent to the Organizing Committee in Italy. Participation declaration and bookings after the above indicated date would carry a 15% surcharge. We are calling all federations to observe this second deadline as hotels in the area are servicing tourism in the peak season, so the surcharge will be strictly applied.

Monday 4 TH August 2014 -OPENING CEREMONY - Competition Day 1 Tuesday 5 TH August 2014 - Competition Day 2. - CLOSING CEREMONY Wednesday 6 TH August 2014 - Departure of the delegations 9 BOOKING AND ENTRY FEE: > Choice 1: Entry fee for each participant is 300 Euro. The organizer will provide: - Accommodations in hotel in rooms with three or four beds. - Breakfast, lunch and dinner, beginning with the dinner of the 2 of August until the breakfast of the 6 of August 2014. - Participation at the opening, closing ceremony. > Choice 2: Entry fee for each participant is 150 Euro. The organizer will provide: - Accommodations in hotel in rooms with three or four beds. - Breakfast, lunch and dinner, beginning with the dinner of the 4 of August until the breakfast of the 6 of August 2014 - Participation at the opening and closing ceremony. > Transfer airport-hotel-airport 40 EURO per person. > Extra charges for single room is 30 Euro/day > Extra charges for double room is 15 Euro/day for person. > Extra day expenses 80 Euro per extra day, including 3 meals and accommodation in hotel in rooms with three or four beds. > Swimming pool charges: 30 euro/lane for 60 minutes. To agree availability with organization Minimum 50% of total entry fee should be deposited at our bank no later than 15 of June 2014 to guarantee the booking. After this date (15 of June 2014) the participation fee will be add to 10% of the total amount. The balance payment should be made at the arrival. 10- SECRETARY AND COMPETITION FEE The participants who want to use other hotels by themselves, have to pay 230 Euro for person for secretary, competition, opening and closing ceremony.
