Facilities at Houghton Hall Houghton Hall Equestrian Centre offers top class facilities for all horses and riders at any level in all disciplines. We currently host monthly Affiliated & Unaffiliated Show Jumping & Dressage Events, Clinics, Demos plus non-equestrian events such as Dog Training & Shows. We are always looking to host new and exciting events for our riders. Our Facilities currently include Indoor International Arena: We have transformed the arena from a tired small arena to a whopping 109 / 30 meter arena. Which now enables the centre to have indoor warm up (no more standing in the rain waiting for your turn) We also have a seating stadium that can seat just over 200 spectators and arena decoration. Martin Collins Enterprises (EcoTrack The international competition surface, is a combination of CLOPF fibre, high-grade industrial silica sand and PVC, which is carefully weighed and blended with a wax coating. Outdoor International Arena: The Outdoor Arena looked old and un maintained, it has taken a lot of harrowing and grass picking, to bring the surface back to a high standard. The surface is a turf float sand surface which is currently at 60 meters length by 50 meters width allowing the centre to hold outdoor long arena dressage competitions. Hiring Arena Equipment: Houghton Hall has one of the best PA systems around. The system can be hired during show days which includes music player and microphone which can be heard on all walk ways and the car parks. This enables competitors to always know whats going on at the centre. We also have a full set of Dressage markers 20m x 40m and 20m x 60m and British Show Jumping Jumps and Timing Equipment.
