The City of Calgary Groups There are 39 groups, with preset tee times, playing on City of Calgary Golf Courses each week. If you re interested in joining a group, please review the contact information below for each golf course. The City of Calgary, Golf Course Operations, monitors tee time usage for all customers. The City of Calgary does not directly manage block booking groups - each group is organized and operated by a private executive group. Inquiries regarding practices of individual block booking groups, such as ship information, must be directed to the block booking group. s groups play between May 1 and August 31 each season. As daylight hours change, block booking tee times are adjusted. Specific tee time information for groups can be found on the monthly course calendar. Due to the high demand for tee times, The City of Calgary cannot accommodate new block booking requests. All tee times, other than these 39 block booking groups and advance group bookings, must be reserved through the Tee Time Reservation System up to 4 days in advance.
