The Little Mermaid November 4 2017 This schedule can be changed at any time. Please continue to check your emails for schedule updates. Check the website frequently as changes may occur at the last minute. We will post changes ASAP but realize that sometimes things have to be changed at the last moment. Call times Call means that you are in GMA, signed in and ready to get ready. Please leave your home so you have enough time to be in the building and ready to do your makeup/hair by your call time. The sign-in poster is Backstage Left. Please plan your time well. We will try to be finished by 9:00 especially during school nights but we may go a bit over. This is a long show. You need to plan ahead as to when you will get your homework done. STRIKE immediately after the Sunday November 19th performance. EVERYONE must attend. Remember, it is the responsibility of every cast member to work Strike (when we take the show apart and put everything away) on Sunday, November 19. You will not be released on Sunday, November 19 until everything is put away (costumes, sets, props, orchestra pit, etc.). Do not expect to leave to go out and eat dinner with friends/relatives right after the show on Sunday, November 19. It will take a couple of hours after the show for Strike. When Strike is completed and your costumes pieces are accounted for, then you ll get your costume deposit check back and you ll be released. You will get a detailed Strike assignment closer to November 19. Make-up/Hair - At this time we do not have a Hair/Make-up Director. If you have done our shows before please bring the standard stage make-up we ve used in past years. Foundation, eyeshadow, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, brush, comb, hairpins, wig cap (if needed), etc. On Saturday the Junior and Seniors can advise the Sophomore, Freshmen & Guys what they will need to purchase/bring for Sunday s rehearsal which include everyone in hair and make-up. Sorry for the short notice, our original Makeup/Hair Director had to bow out due to health issues. We ve been trying to find someone to step in and have not been able to find anyone yet.
