WELCOME TO OSBOURN HIGH SCHOOL Dear Visitors, I want to offer a warm welcome to Osbourn High School. It is my hope that your stay with us is an enjoyable one and that you feel completely at home here at Osbourn. Our entire staff is excited to do everything we can do to accommodate you and your team while you are here. During your visit to Osbourn High School, an event supervisor will be available to address any needs or concerns for your team/group. This package is designed specifically to assist you in planning for your upcoming visit to Osbourn High School. WHAT TO EXPECT UPON ARRIVAL 1. Unloading/Bus Parking: a. The Eagle Nest (Basketball/Volleyball/Wrestling): All visiting teams should enter through Door #1, located on the front-left of the school. Buses need to park in the faculty parking lot. b. The Eagle Complex/James J. Leo Stadium (Field Hockey/ Football/ Lacrosse/ Soccer/Track): All visiting teams should be dropped off at the ticket booth located at the rear entrance to the stadium. Once dropped off, buses need to park in the driver s education range. c. The Eagle Tennis Courts: All visiting teams should drop-off around the left side of the school, located past the baseball complex. Buses need to park in the faculty parking lot. 2. Locker Room Facilities: Locker rooms will be available for Basketball, Cheer, Volleyball, Wrestling, Varsity Football, and any other team traveling for Regional/State Events. 3. Game Day (Arrivals): a. The Eagle Nest (Visiting teams will enter through Door #1, located at the frontleft of the school): i. Basketball: Gym available 30 minutes prior to first game ii. Volleyball: Gym available 30 minutes prior to first game iii. Wrestling: Gym available 1 hour prior to first match b. The Stadium Complex: i. Baseball: Field available 1 hour prior to game ii. Field Hockey: Field available 45 minutes prior to first game iii. Football: No Freshman or JV locker room access. Field available 1 hour prior to Freshman or JV game. Varsity only Field available 1.5 hours prior to varsity game and locker room access is available. Enter through rear doors of the school. iv. Lacrosse: Field available 45 minutes prior to first game v. Soccer: Field available 45 minutes prior to first game vi. Softball: Field available 1 hour prior to game time vii. Track: Stadium area will be available 1 hour prior to first event 4. Water Coolers: Schools are asked to provide their own water bottles. Water coolers will be provided by Osbourn High School. 5. Ticket Prices: For all Osbourn High School home events, general admission is $6. PWCS, and Manassas City faculty and staff with a valid ID, Senior Citizens (60 and over), and children under the age of 6 are granted free admission. All VHSL approved passes will also be accepted. 6. Ticket Sales: Gates will open one hour prior to the first game, with the exception to, Varsity Football, which will open one and a half hours prior to scheduled game time. 7. Training Room: The Osbourn High School Training Room is located behind the main gym. If at all possible, please make sure that your athletes come already taped. If this is not possible, please provide a written note or trainer to trainer communication to our trainer outlining any treatment and/or specifics of the injury. 4
