1. Overview special valves Gauge Guard Z801 / Z800 Protect pressure gauges Water jet pump P20 Mixing different fluids & sucks vacuum Venting & breath Valves V91 / V95 Protect tanks for over pressure or vacuum 4
1. Overview special valves Float Valves V140 Protect tanks for overfilling Throttle sockets V251 Fine flow adjustment 5
2. Description Gauge Guard Z 800 / Z801 Z 800= with pressure gauge Z 801= without pressure gauge 6
2. Description Gauge Guard function and application The pressure gauge is separated from the medium by a TFM-overlaid EPDM diaphragm (3). The Pressure will be transmitted by a (buffer fluid). The diaphragm pressure gauge guard is applicable to measure pressure of neutral and aggressive fluids. The variety of possible materials and connections (1) covers a wide range of applications. 7

2. Description Gauge Guard Connections and standards Bonded nozzles PVC Female thread Pressure Gauge connection G ¼ and G ½ Pressure gauge range Standard 0-10 bar eff. (0 145 psig) with R ¼ Ø63 mm (2-3/8 ) with R ½ Ø100 mm, (4 ) others on request IR-welded nipple Gauge accuracy Standard class 1,6 acc. EN 837-1 Operating pressure. PN 10 by 20 C (145psig by 68 F) 9
2. Description Gauge Guard Special features Medium wetted parts made of high resistant plastic Pressure gauge has no contact with the medium Maintenance-free Variable installation position High accuracy by large size diaphragm Unique coupling nut design impedes any torsion on the diaphragm that guarantees an high precisely pressure transmission New design assures an uniform sealing pressure on the diaphragm Various connecting options available by changing of the base part FRANK plastic FRANK AG plastic AG 10

4. Description venting and breath valves V 91 and V 95 O-Ring V 91 venting and breath valve These valves are used where tanks and pipelines have to be ventilated. The float is open when liquid drops. float 16
4. Description venting and breath valves V 91 and V 95 O-Ring V 91 venting and breath valve These valves are used where tanks and pipelines have to be ventilated. The float is open when liquid drops. When the liquid level rises, the float raised and pressed against the seat. float 17
4. Description venting and breath valves V 91 and V 95 O-Ring V 95 venting valve These valves are used for closed systems (tanks) those have to be vented for emptying. The float is pressed against the seat by a plastic spring. float 18
4. Description venting and breath valves V 91 and V 95 O-Ring V 95 venting valve These valves are used for closed systems (tanks) those have to be vented for emptying. The float is pressed against the seat by a plastic spring. The vacuum, caused by the emptying, sucks the float down. Air flows through the valve. float 19
