Four-wheelers may be utilized with caution. All motorized carts, UTV s and 4-wheelers must have a permit. ATV s, Golf Carts, UTVs, Bikes, Scooters Etc. will need to pay $40 for permit to be in the Pit area. (All Sprint Car Teams will get one Pit Permit free.) All ATVs, Golf Carts, UTVs, Bikes, Scooters, Etc. Will be parked 60 minutes after final checkered flag. Vending of any-type is not allowed without the permission of DIRTcar or Lernerville management. Open flames are not allowed in the pit area. Anyone under age 18 must have a minor s release on file. Pit fee applies to all persons regardless of age or duties. Full food concessions are available Your wristband will allow you admission to the main grandstand. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of your property. **All Camping will be $50. If you would like to reserve a Camping spot please call the office at 724-353-1511**

Rules & General Race Information Purse/Payoff 1. All winnings for all events will be paid by check in the Round Up Tent after each series is completed. 2. In the event a driver does not pick up his/her payout during the event, all checks will be mailed within 48 hours. Result and Post Event Info: 1. Results for events, once official, will be posted at the inspection station/line-up board and the Roundup tent. Please feel free to review official results. We strive to provide hard copies of pertinent race results, timing and scoring and other items. However, please only take what you need. A mandatory drivers meeting will be scheduled for each division each day. It is the responsibility of the participant to be present for the meeting. Absence could result in penalty by DIRTcar management. 2. All events are conducted by DIRTcar officials and follow the DIRTcar General Rules and Specifications. The decisions of management are final. 2A. 358 "Small Block" Modifieds are permitted to run at 2500lbs for this event only. 3. Fuel: VP 110 and D12 Fuel and Alcohol will be available from a vendor at the track. 4. Tires: Hoosier (unless otherwise noted) The tire compound is located adjacent to the pit area on manufacturer s row. Most required tires will be available for your events. If you have specific needs, call in advance to reserve. The tire rules for the weekend are as follows: DIRTcar Sprint Cars: National Hoosier DIRTcar Modified: 200, 300,400 Hoosier DIRTcar Late Models: LM20, LM30, LM40 UMP Type Open Wheel Modifieds: SCL 26.5/8.0 (Open) or SCL 27.5/8.0 (Open) RUSH Late Models & Modifieds: RUSH Hoosier Tires 305 RaceSaver Sprints: RaceSaver Tire rule DIRTcar Sportsman/Street Stocks: Open Rules/Open Tires 4 Cylinder: Home Track Rules **** You will be responsible for disposing of your used tires. NO tires are to be left at the track. **** 5. Raceceiver One-Way radios and AMB-IT Transponders are mandatory for all classes Please be certain you and your car are equipped with each any time you go on the racetrack. Rental units of each are available at the registration center or from the vendor in Manufacturer s row. Please be aware, if renting, you will be required to leave your valid driver s license in exchange until the unit is returned. A fee of $25 will be charged for rental units. The one-way frequency is 454.000.

6. FM Broadcast: DIRTcar Announcers will be broadcasting on FM radio Channel 98.1. Feel free to listen to event play-by-play by announcers. 7. Two-Way Radio Transmission: Courtesy of Racing Electronics, DIRTcar Officials and on-track activity will be utilizing radio Frequency 151.625 throughout the weekend. 8. Waste Oil: Please dispose of waste oil in the supplied waste oil tanks located throughout the pit area. 9. Schedule: We will make every effort to stay on the schedule as it appears in this booklet. However, as we all know we are racing in October and deviations to the schedule are a strong possibility. Changes to the schedule will be reported at the pit board and the Roundup Tent. Please be aware, the rain-date is Sunday. 10. Pit Operation: The pit area will open at 9 am daily and close one hour after the races conclude. No motorized traffic will be allowed into the pit area from one hour after the races are completed until 9 am. Teams with crew staying in their toter-homes will be able to enter the pit area on foot only, after the pits close one hour after the races are complete. 11. All drivers with a valid 2017 DIRTcar license are exempt from any Entry Fees. Pit Area Rules 1. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the pit area. 2. Personal vehicles are not allowed in the pit area. 3. Four-wheelers, golf carts and all motorized carts must have a permit. $25 for outside of the pits and $40 for in the pits (All Sprint car teams will receive 1 pit permit free.) 4. Vending of any kind is not allowed without the permission of DIRTcar or Lernerville management. 5. Open flames are not allowed in the pit area. 6. Anyone under age 18 must have a minor s release on file. Pit fee applies to all persons regardless of age. 7. Full Food concessions will be available. 8. Your pit wristband will allow you admission to the grandstands. 9. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of your property. 10. There will be NO SAVING SPOTS OF ANY KIND at this event. If you want to park with or work out of someone else s trailer you MUST come in with them. All ATV S / Golf Carts on Lernerville Speedway property must display official permit at all times. 2. All operators must be at least 16 years old and hold a valid driver s license. 3. 5 mph speed limit at ALL times. 4. NO riding on track or apron of track at ANYTIME!! 5. ALL DRIVERS, RIDERS, AND PASSENGERS MUST BE SEATED AT ALL TIMES. No hanging, dangling, or unsafe practices will be tolerated. 6. ATV S / Golf Carts ARE NOT to be operated in a manner that may endanger passengers or any other patrons on the grounds of Lernerville Speedway. 7. Race Cars, track maintenance vehicles, all other vehicles and pedestrians have right away at all times. 8. NO reckless driving. Excessive speeds will not be tolerated. 9. ATV S / Golf Carts are restricted from certain areas. Any area with a NO ATV sign is off limits. 10. NO ATV S / Golf Carts are to be driven one hour after the completion of racing activities or before 9 A.M. 11. ATV S / Golf Carts must park in designated areas and must not block entrances to buildings and roads. 12. 2017 Motorized Vehicle Regulations GENERAL RULES 1. ALL motorized vehicles on Speedway property must prominently display an Official 2017 Permit AT ALL TIMES. motorized vehicles include Golf Carts, Scooters, 4 wheelers, Custom Carts or anything deemed as a motorized vehicle. 2. The Operator Permit application attached must be filed and paid for, in person with the motorized vehicle present. 3. A $25 non-transferable or a $40 non-transferable Operator Permit is issued to operators with a valid driver s license. License must be present All operators MUST be at least 16 years old. 4. Motorized vehicles intended to be used after dark must be equipped with headlights or other sufficient lighting sources. 5. Motorized vehicles may not be operated during designated quiet times as announced by Speedway officials. 6. Motorized vehicles are not to be operated in a manner that may endanger passengers and /or any other patrons on the grounds of the Lernerville Speedway. Excessive speeds will not be tolerated. Operators must yield to pedestrians at all times. 7. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in any Motorized vehicles. No one under the influence of alcohol may operate any Motorized vehicle. 8. Vehicles are not to be overloaded, i.e. carrying more passengers than for the seating provided. 9. Vehicles are restricted to the designated driveways and paths within the parking lots of Lernerville Speedway. 10.
