To achieve a sustained improvement in UK sport before, during and a_er the Games, in both elite performance parkcularly in Olympic and Paralympic sports and grassroots parkcipakon ODA Priority Themes Health, Safety and Security Design and Accessibility Equality and Inclusion Legacy Employment and Skills Sustainability The ODA developed and published a strategy for each of these themes, outlining strategic goals as well as specific objeckves which the ODA commided to achieve in the course of delivering its programme of construckon. In order to ensure programme- wide objeckves for the priority themes were delivered, specific targets were deployed down through individual projects (such as the Velodrome) and to Tier 1 contracts where applicable 2
