ELIZABETH HONAN BIOGRAPHY Elizabeth Honan, Crea1ve Director & Choreographer has spent the past 10 years working predominantly in the music industry and covers all genres of music. Pop, Urban, Dance; she has done them all. Her experience in television is vast, crea1ng original and memorable performances for the ar1st and more importantly the audience. Be it personal training in stage performance for a solo ar1st, or choreographing arena tours, she shows nothing but passion for every job she takes. Elizabeth began her career as a professional dancer working for an array of ar1sts such as Lionel Richie, Robbie Williams, Westlife and Enrique Iglesias. This gave Elizabeth the opportunity to tour the world, in large scale arena shows, television and theatre, providing her with invaluable experience in a diverse range of dance styles which she has taken with her as a choreographer. Elizabeth worked with Girls Aloud for nine years choreographing many of their dance rou1nes for music videos including The Promise, Untouchable, Can t Speak French, Call The Shots, Sexy (No No No), Something Kinda Ooh and The Loving Kind. She was also responsible for the sensa1onal choreography and crea1ve direc1on of their five sell- out arena tours, and their stunning performance of The Promise live at 'The Brit Awards in 2009. Elizabeth was the crea1ve director and choreographer for their hugely successful reunion arena tour Ten.
BIOGRAPHY CONTINUED Another of Elizabeth s A- List clients is Cheryl. Elizabeth choreographed Cheryl s iconic music video Fight For This Love and performances on 'The X Factor', 'Children In Need', and her performance at 'The Brit Awards' in 2010. Cheryl then returned to the UK music charts in 2012, with her record- breaking number one single Call My Name which Elizabeth was flown to L.A to choreograph the hit music video for. Elizabeth went on to choreograph the TV performances for the number 1 single, including Cheryl s performance on The Voice, where she famously swan dived on to the stage. In October 2012 Cheryl then went on to tour the UK with her first solo Tour A Million Lights where again, Beth was flown to LA to work with the dancers and Cheryl on her iconic pieces for the show.elizabeth was the choreographer for Cheryl s 2014 L oreal Feria Hair television campaign where she performed in front of a huge wall of speakers. Elizabeth was also the crea1ve director for Cheryl s performance of Crazy Stupid Love on BGT s 2014 Final. Elizabeth had the great pleasure of working with JLS from a year into their careers 1ll the day they ended which was a very memorable 5 years. She was their Crea1ve Director and Show Producer for all of their UK arena tours including 'Ouga This World 2011' where she flew the band in a Mustang over the audience to open the show and 'The 4th Dimension Tour' where Elizabeth brought in the ul1mate flying rig which saw them move at incredible speeds in the air and which received fantas1c reviews. She was also responsible for their many television performances including all of their epic X Factor appearances and 'Beat Again' at the Brits 2010.
BIOGRAPHY CONTINUED Since 2009 Elizabeth has been producing the large- scale concerts Capital Jingle Bell Ball live at the 02 and Capital Summer1me Ball live at Wembley Stadium for Capital FM. Events on a massive scale featuring the biggest music ar1sts in the industry. Elizabeth recently completed crea1vely direc1ng the Capital Summer1me Ball which took place in June 2014 which saw 22 ar1sts perform live over a thrilling six hours. The concert has won LIVE EVENT OF THE YEAR 2012/2013 at the Commercial radio awards which Elizabeth was thrilled about. One of Elizabeths passions is classical music and she has the great honor of being the crea1ve director of the 'Classic FM' live concerts at the Royal Albert Hall twice a year. These concerts feature pieces played by some of the greatest soloists in the world and feature a large pyrotechnic finale. In January 2011 Elizabeth became the show producer and choreographer on Britain s 'The X Factor' UK Na1onal Tour, which saw the show being taken to new, spectacular levels. This lead on to Elizabeth assuming the role of crea1ve director and choreographer, on the 'The X Factor' 2011 live TV shows. Elizabeth has con1nued to create and choreograph the UK tours and regularly con1nues to work with some of the ar1sts who then go on to have careers in the music industry aker the ITV show such as the brilliant Ella Henderson and the Uk's top girl band Ligle Mix. Elizabeth has been Ligle Mix's Crea1ve Director and Choreographer from their very first live performance on the X Factor Television show in 2011. Ligle Mix are very well known for their high energy rou1nes and spectacular performances. Elizabeth had the pleasure of crea1ng and choreographing their 'Salute' arena tour 2014 which received rave reviews and their BGT Final performance where Elizabeth collaborated with Ashley Banjo and Diversity to create a vision that was widely acclaimed.
BIOGRAPHY CONTINUED Elizabeth has been the crea1ve director for pop singer Olly Murs for all three UK Tours. Elizabeth started working with Olly when he embarked on his first solo tour around the UK theatres and has had the pleasure of watching him progress to two massive sell out UK arena tours garnering great reviews all the way. In 2013 Elizabeth loved working with Robin Thicke on his very slick performances of 'Blurred Lines' on the UK X Factor television show and at The MTV EMA's live in Amsterdam. Elizabeth has worked with the biggest band in the world One Direc1on. First of all she created their one off sell out show in New York s famed Madison Square Garden and then their 163 date massive world tour. One of her proudest moments has been the worldwide release of their movie This is Us which features many live performances from the world tour filmed in 3D.
