The 2017 Pfizer Spring Challenge March 6th through April 30th Complete the individual or team challenge and earn $100 Healthy Pfizer 2017 Incentive Dollars! TWO WAYS TO WIN Individual Reach 1,000 challenge points by April 30th as an individual to complete the challenge. Or Team Reach a total of 3,000 challenge points by April 30th as a team to complete the challenge. Eligible colleagues who participate in the Spring challenge can earn 100 Healthy Pfizer Incentive Dollars toward the Healthy Pfizer Additional Activities. You can compete as an individual or on a team, however, you can only earn 100 Healthy Pfizer Dollars once! If your team does not reach the 3,000 challenge point threshold, you can still complete the challenge by earning 1,000 challenge points as an individual.

How do I join the Challenge? The 2017 Spring Challenge launches on March 6. Follow the instructions below to learn how to join the challenge! 1. March 6th through April 30 th login to HealthyPfizer.com while logged into the Pfizer intranet or visit pfizer.keas.com from the internet You may also download the Keas+ app for ios or Android and log in from there. 2. Click Challenges in the navigation bar or click on the Healthy Pfizer Spring Challenge tile located on the right hand side of the Healthy Pfizer home page. How do I complete the Spring Challenge to earn 100 Healthy Pfizer Incentive Dollars? We are simplifying the 2017 Spring Challenge. You may complete the Challenge by participating in a variety of activities, including a Walking Quest, Healthy Pfizer Benefit Quizzes and posting to the social feed. You may complete the Challenge by competing either as an individual or by joining a team and walking together. Hint: the fastest way to complete the Challenge is to join a team. Following is a chart showing the maximum number of points you may receive for each activity which makes up the Challenge: Remember, the purpose of the Challenge is to encourage colleagues to Get Moving! Therefore, the walking quest is a key component of the Challenge. Healthy Pfizer Walking Quest 1,000 points Connect your Fitbit device, Apple Watch, Garmin or other supported device. Track 350,000 steps to earn the full 1,000 points. You earn 20 points for every 7,000 steps you take. Quizzes - Healthy Pfizer Benefits 5 points for each completed quiz for a maximum of 150 points Complete 30 quizzes to earn 150 points. Post to the Social Feed 10 points each post for a maximum of 20 points Post using these hashtags #springchallenge and #motivate to earn up to 20 points. What happened to the Unlimited Keas Activity Card? The Unlimited Keas Activity Card will only become available after you individually complete the Walking Quest, regardless of whether you as an individual or your team complete the Spring Challenge. Remember, if you complete the Walking Quest by April 30th as an individual you receive 1,000 points this means that you completed the Spring Challenge

and will earn $100 Healthy Pfizer Dollars. You will continue to earn challenge points beyond the 1,000 points to compete for a top spot on the leaderboard. Additionally, if you are on a team and complete activities under the Unlimited Keas Activity Card, the additional challenge points you earn will also count toward the 3,000 points needed for your team to complete the Spring Challenge. How does being on a team help me? To complete the Spring Challenge and earn 100 Healthy Pfizer Incentive Dollars, colleagues must either earn 1,000 points as an individual or 3,000 points on a team by April 30, 2017. Joining a team is a great way to complete the challenge as a group and motivate one another to finish the challenge! Here is an example of how a colleague competing as an individual can complete the challenge: walk 5,250 steps each day from March 6 through April 30 (this will earn 840 points) PLUS complete all 30 Healthy Pfizer Benefit Quizzes (150 points) and post once to the social feed using one of the two required hashtags (10 points). 840 points PLUS 150 points PLUS 10 points equals 1,000 points. Let s say four colleagues decide to join a team. By competing as a team, each colleague must take approximately 3,750 steps each day starting March 6 th through April 30 th (for 2,400 total points). If all four colleagues complete all 30 Healthy Pfizer Benefit Quizzes (600 points) they will earn enough points to complete the Challenge (2,400 points PLUS 600 points equals 3,000 points). Refer to the FAQ section Compete on a Team for more information including a new feature to remove inactive team members. What if I am unable to complete the Walking Quest due to a physical limitation? If you are unable to complete the Walking Quest due to a physical limitation, complete this form or call Healthy Pfizer at 1-888-437-3493 for more information. Representatives are available M-F 9-6 ET. Please note -- you are still able to participate on a team if you are unable to complete the Walking Quest. When completing the form, please reference the screenshot below as an example of where you can find your Keas ID number. To obtain this information, log into your Healthy Pfizer Account and go to your Profile. When you get to this page, you will find your Keas ID number in the web address. Please note:

What devices can I use to track my steps? The following devices and apps are currently supported: Apple Watch Garmin Fitbit Moves Fitbug RunKeeper Jawbone Strava MapMyFitness Withings Misfit How can I track steps if I participate in other activities such as biking or swimming? Fitbit offers different devices to choose from. The Flex2 is water-proof and others, such as the Alta, are water-resistant. Additionally, the Fitbit Zip and the Fitbit One provide versatile wearable options allowing you to clip the device on your belt or shoe. Whatever you prefer, there is a device for you. Read the feature descriptions for the device or app that you are considering for more information. You can also use the chat feature on the Fitbit website to help you decide which device is best for you. What if I need a Fitbit? Healthy Pfizer provides one free Fitbit Zip to eligible Pfizer colleagues, or up to a $45 discount off other Fitbit devices. Additionally, you may purchase discounted Fitbit devices through the Fitbit Friends & Family Store through May 31, 2017! You can use this discount to upgrade your current device, or purchase a Fitbit device for you, your friends and family to stay healthy together! Visit the Pfizer Fitbit store. Quick Tips Having trouble connecting to or syncing your steps with the walking quest? Stay tuned for a video tutorial that will be coming out by late-february! This video tutorial will assist you with connecting and syncing your device to the Healthy Pfizer platform to track your steps and earn points towards the Healthy Pfizer Services and Benefits Walking Quest.

Only validated steps tracked with a Fitbit device or other approved app/device will count towards the walking quest. Any steps that are manually reported (regardless of the device used) will not count towards the walking quest. Remember to Sync your Fitbit, device or app! If you started the walking quest and have connected a supported device, but you are still not seeing your steps sync, please follow the instructions below to get your Fitbit tracker synced: - Log onto your Fitbit account on your computer or mobile device and verify that your steps are being logged successfully within your Fitbit account. - If your steps are registering successfully with Fitbit, force sync your Fitbit using one of the two following options: Fitbit Sync Dongle on a computer: o Bring your tracker near the plugged-in dongle o Open the Fitbit Connect application and click Sync Now Mobile device app: o Ensure Bluetooth is on o Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the app screen o Click on your device o Scroll down and tap Sync Now or, if available, turn the All-Day Sync option on - As soon as your Fitbit account is synced with your device and linked to Healthy Pfizer, your steps will display on the Healthy Pfizer Services and Benefits Walking Quest. If you are still unable to see your steps synced to the Walking Quest, you may have multiple Fitbit accounts (for example you must use a Pfizer email address to purchase a subsidized or discounted device but you may use your personal email address to set up your device). Please make sure your Healthy Pfizer account is linked to only one account. To resolve this, you must confirm what email address is being used for the Fitbit account associated with the device that you wish to use to track your steps. You will then have to disconnect your current device and reconnect using that email address. To complete this, please follow the steps below: - Go to Fitbit.com, and check the email that is attached to your Fitbit account used to track your steps, which is listed under your account settings. Please note that this does not have to be the email you use to log into the Healthy Pfizer website. - Log out of Fitbit.com by clicking on the Gear on the top right of your screen. - Go to pfizer.keas.com and log into your Healthy Pfizer account. - Click on your name, and select 'Settings' from the drop-down menu. - Click 'Apps & Devices' - Click "Add/Remove device" - Click on the pencil on the top right of the Fitbit icon and click on the Red X

- Answer Yes to the Disconnect message. - Click on the Fitbit Icon again. - You will see a Login screen for www.fitbit.com - if this Login screen does not appear, you did not properly log out of www.fitbit.com in the step above. - Log in to the Fitbit account you are using to track steps again this does NOT have to be the same email you are using for the Healthy Pfizer website. - You will get a screen asking for permission to access your data. - Make sure that Activity and Exercise data is checked - Click Allow to allow our connection partner to pull your step data into Keas. After completing these steps, you should see your correct step count appear in your Healthy Pfizer account within a few minutes. Compete On A Team How do I join a team? Click the "Join Team" on the navigation bar and then decide if you want to join an existing team or create your own. How many colleagues can I invite to my team? The number of colleagues you can invite to your team depends on whether you invite colleagues during the process of creating a team or if you invite colleagues after the team has been created. When you first create your team, you can invite up to 10 colleagues. Even though you can invite up to 10 colleagues to your team, only the first 5 who accept the invitation are able to join. After your team is created, you are limited to inviting up to 6 colleagues. This includes you and 5 other colleagues. How do I invite colleagues to my team or invite myself to join an existing team? If you are already on a team, click on More in the navigation bar at the top of the home page and then select My Team. If there is room to invite additional colleagues you will see a link to Invite a Player. Click on the link and you will see a searchable list of registered colleagues who are not yet on a team to invite to join your team. Remember, you may be limited to inviting 6 colleagues if you already created a team. If you are not already on a team, click "Join Team" in the menu bar at the top of the home page. Here, you will be directed to a page where you can browse for an available team to join or create your own team! Note: If the maximum number of colleagues have already been invited to the team by you or other members of your team regardless of whether or not they have accepted the invitation you will not be able to invite a new team member. Is there a maximum number of colleagues who may be on a team?

Yes, the maximum is 6. The first five colleagues who accept the invite are on the team. These five, plus the colleague who created the team, make a team of six, which is the maximum number of team members allowed. Is there any way I can still invite colleagues to my team if I have less than 6 colleagues on my team including myself? If you have used all of your team invitations, but not enough colleagues have accepted your invitation, you can still fill the open spots by encouraging colleagues to request to be on your team. Please note, as creator of the team, you will need to accept your colleague s request to be on the team! In order for a colleague to request to be on a team, please refer to the earlier FAQ How do I invite colleagues to my team or invite myself to join an existing team? then refer to the section If you are not already on a team. How to Accept an Invitation to a Team When someone invites you to a team, you will receive an email. Click on the "Accept Invitation" link in the email to join that team. To see who has invited you, go to "Join Team" from the challenge page or the More menu and select "Available Teams." All teams that sent you an invitation will display with an Accept Invitation button. Click on the button to join! How do I leave a team? To leave a team, first click "More" under "My Team" and go to "Edit Team". Click on "Leave Team" in the lower right hand corner. Team Enhancements - New for the 2017 Spring Challenge Removing Inactive Team Members We heard that it wasn t easy to remove inactive team members or those who decided not to join this Challenge. For the 2017 Spring Challenge, we are introducing an automated process to remove inactive team members from a team. Here is how it works: If a team member has not earned steps during a 5-day calendar period, they will receive an email notification informing them that they will be removed from the team after 5-more days. As a team member, you have the opportunity to save them! Check your team page to see who might need rescuing. If you want an inactive player to continue to compete on your team, click on Rescue Me and they will receive another 10 days to login. If the inactive team member is not rescued, they will be removed from the team after 10 calendar days of inactivity. If you are the team member who needs rescuing you can reach out to your fellow team members to save you.

What happens if I leave the Walking Quest? Will I lose all my points? If you leave the Walking Quest and have tracked steps and earned points, you will not lose those steps or points that you have already earned. You can easily rejoin the Walking Quest. To do so, you must locate the Walking Quest that you left, click on the Walking Quest tile and then click Start Quest. When you rejoin the walking quest, the number of steps and points that you earned towards that Walking Quest prior to leaving will be reinstated. Get Social! You can now post your quiz scores to the social feed and earn Lifetime points for encouraging and motivating your fellow colleagues. These points do not count toward the Spring Challenge. If the social feed contains less than 20% quiz shares, you will have the opportunity to share your quiz scores. After you complete a quiz, you will receive a pop up that presents the option for you to share your quiz score. If you click Share, your score and the quiz will appear on the

social feed to encourage a friendly competition. Done Share What if I still have questions? Please email support@keas.com or call Healthy Pfizer at 1-888-43-Pfizer (1-888-437-3493). Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., ET.
