at Bellewood From Executive Chef Brian DeJohn and Clubhouse Manager Paul Burkert 2015 promises to be a very exciting year for Food and Beverage at Bellewood. We will continue the positive growth of years past while pushing ourselves towards providing even more of a resort style feel for our members. With upgraded service standards, improved drink pricing and happy hour events planned for both the Pool and Clubhouse venues, we are aiming to engage our members more than ever before. Valentine s Day is just around the corner, and we are releasing a new upscale casual dining menu with seasonal reflections, as well as a new and revamped bar menu with ever-changing chef inspired items. In March we will be introducing a brand new Bellewood Poker League. The league will meet bi-monthly for dinner, drinks and Texas Hold-em, culminating in a final table style event in December for our Grand Prize. Email pburkert@bellewoodgolf.com for details and to register interest. Finally, in response to the 2014 Member Survey, we have made a slight adjustment to the Dress Code. Smart denim and polo shirts are now welcomed in the Main Dining Room side of the Clubhouse. Golf attire is still limited to the Bar and Clubroom. For new members and those who have not visited in a while, please familiarize yourself with the Dress Code when you make a reservation. And for Bellewood regulars, we hope you will continue to enjoy our increased service and new menu options. Our goal is to consistently provide a well-rounded dining experience with the relaxed ambiance and cultured setting you are accustomed to. Cheers! Brian & Paul Join us on Valentine s Weekend as we re-open for the first time in 2015. During his tenure at Passerelle the restaurant was rated in the Conde Nast travel guide as the number three restaurants in the Philadelphia area, and in the top 250 in the county. In 1997 the S.W. Bajus Organization asked Grove to return as the Food and Beverage Director at the Radnor Hotel and after serving there and at the Great Valley Sheraton he became the General Manager of the busy Primavera in Ardmore.
