Rules for wpcs medal classes All exhibitors entering theses classes shall be considered as having read the following rules and regulations 1. The Judges decision is final. The judges may withhold any prize were there is evident want of merit where there is only 1 entry shown in a class the judge may award the first, second,third or forth prize according to the merit of that entry. 2. Entry fees we very much regret that entry fees cannot be refunded the only exception to this rule would be with a veterinary certificate stating that the horse/pony is unfit for competition or if the show had to be cancelled for any reason. 3. Rules in general all exhibitors grooms and all other persons admitted to the show ground shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the show south Yorkshire welsh show will not be responsible in any way for any loss, damage or injury to Animals people and there property from any cause or circumstances whatever. 4. Entries all welsh ponies must be registered with the welsh pony and cob society and there registration number MUST be shown on the entry form. 5.w.p.c.s medals wpcs medals to be awarded to the champion or reserve of each section of the stud book as per the regulations governing medal awards of the wpcs. 6.Medical cover all exhibitors are asked to include an additional 2 with there entries to cover the attendance of paramedics. 7. Objections shall be made in writing with the objectioners full name and address within one hour of the event concerned, and lodged at the Secretary's Office together with the sum of 30.00 deposit. The sum shall be returned if the objection is sustained, but if the objection is not sustained, the deposit will be forfeited to the funds of the SOUTH YORKSHIRE WELSH MEDAL SHOW Thank you for your support
