Applicant Acknowledgement Code of Conduct Please note that failure to abide by this code of conduct will mean that the player will be prohibited from participating in the East Bengal Club Cricket Academy (EBCCS) Coaching sessions. 1. The Player Agrees to Work towards the attainment of his/her full potential. Attend EBCCS events regularly and punctually, behave with self-discipline. Listen to and take on board guidance given by EBCCS coaching staff. Practice the techniques and skills taught by the EBCCS coaching staff. Abide by the Laws of cricket and the ethos contained in the EBCCS Spirit of Cricket Behave and dress in an appropriate manner. Not to use alcohol or tobacco, or any other stimulant or harmful substance. (h) Neither possesses nor uses any prohibited drugs. Not to take any unnecessary risks. Not to use foul language whilst under the guidance of EBCCS (Not to attempt to intimidate or use aggressive behavior. Treat all players as you would like to be treated. Co-operate with coaches, team-mates, officials and volunteers. Remember playing cricket is fun. 2. The Parents / Guardians Agree to: Encourage and help the players meet targets, including abiding by the Code of Conduct Support the players without pressure, praise good work and refrain from criticizing lapses Know and understand why your son/daughter is playing. The objective of EBCCS is to provide a high quality learning environment, to improve techniques, but above all to encourage enjoyment of the sport Set a good example to the player Respect the opportunity given to the player Communicate with the EBCCS staff, keeping them informed about matters affecting the player. Refrain from coaching or interfering with the coaching of the player during any EBCCS sessions as you have entrusted the player to us for hi/her cricketing development. When encouraging and supporting the player, do so in a calm and controlled manner. If you have any concerns you are entitled to approach the EBCCS coach (es) / Club authority and discuss any issues with him/her.
EBCCS will not incur any expenses for any injuries occurred during practice/ match sessions, though EBCCS will provide FIRST AID and will take the student to the nearest Hospital if necessary. Guardian/Parent will be responsible for any injuries occurred to your child/ward during the practice session or any matches. 3. Dress Code Cricket School white clothing ONLY EBCCS will provide two (2) trousers and two (2) T-shirts to the students against a payment of Rs. 1500/- at the time of admission. No Jeans, trousers, school shoes, etc. 4. Registration Terms & Conditions Payment can be made ONLY in form of Cheque or Demand Draft favor of East Bengal Club payable at Kolkata. No Cash accepted. All fees must be paid by 7 th of each month. 5. General Rules If a player is not coming for practice for more the 2 days, he need to provide the reason in written.
