This year s activities will kick off on Thursday evening with Registration, the Intergalactic Room (Promotion Room) and Star Fleet Room (Hospitality room) being open beginning at 3pm and closing at 6pm. The Doubletree has a beautiful junior Olympic size pool where we will once again be having Aqua Zumba at 6pm. We will have a Getting Connected workshop Thursday evening at 8pm. Come and bring your ideas for programs, contests, and other activities that are working well for your chapters! Registration and registering of competition items will be Friday from 9am-4pm. Each member will be picking up their own registration packet once again this year! Competition items this year will be: Chapter Spaceships, Chapter Alien Masks, Chapter Costumes and Door Decorations. All the information you need for these events are listed on the Special Chapter Event Participation form in the SRD packet. CURRENT or PAST MILITARY we will be honoring you this weekend if you have your uniform to wear please bring it if you don t that is fine. We want to recognize you for your service to our country.
PHOTOGRAPHY As you all know there are not supposed to be any photography during the sessions. This year we will have a professional photographer who I think you will be very pleased with. His prices are extremely reasonable. There will be more information coming about this so keep a watch out! LEADERS: You will register people attending on the Registration form and please make copies as needed for the rest of the forms. Make sure your members get signed up for everything they want to participate in. You may want to appoint someone in your chapter to be responsible for seeing that all the paperwork is taken care of in a timely manner. Deadline is April 17, 2015.
