Regulation for access and Permanence 1. The conditions for the entry of spectators into the SL Benfica Stadium (in accordance with Article 22 of Law 39/2009, 30 of July Reviewed by the Law 52/2013, 25 of July) are, namely: a) The possession of a valid entry ticket; b) Refrain from being under the influence of alcohol, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or products with similar effects and accept submission to control and screening tests; c) Refrain from transporting or personally carrying objects or substances that are prohibited or throw to generate or able acts of violence; d) Consent to a prevention and security personal body search performed by Stewards aiming for detecting and inhibiting the entry of prohibited substances; e) Consent to the collection of image and sound under the strict terms of the law. 2. A valid entry ticket is understood as the ticket for the event at issue, event accreditation, and in the case of members of SL Benfica, their membership card with respective contributions up-to-date. These documents shall be exhibited to Stewards whenever requested. 3. Access to the SL Benfica Stadium is barred to all spectators who will not comply with the stipulations in the previous numbers. 4. Entrance to the SL Benfica Stadium to attend sports events shall only be allowed to people over 3 years of age as long as they possess a valid entry ticket. 5. Persons barred from entering the SL Benfica Stadium by a decision of a competent entity shall be prohibited from doing so. 6. Firearms, missile weapons, cold steel, bottles, tins, drinking glasses, umbrellas, flagsticks made of contusive material and other objects, which by virtue of their characteristics, can endanger the physical integrity of spectators, including explosive or pyrotechnic substances or devices are prohibited inside the Stadium. 2 of 13
7. It is forbidden to bring drinks and any food product whatsoever into the Stadium. 8. The conditions for permanence of spectators in the SL Benfica Stadium (in accordance with Article 23 of Law 39/2009, of 30 July Reviewed by the Law 52/2013, 25 of July) are, namely: a) Refrain from displaying posters, flags, symbols or other signs with offensive messages of a racist or xenophobic nature; b) Refrain from obstructing access and evacuation routes, especially emergency routes; c) Refrain from practicing violent acts that incite violence, racism or xenophobia; d) Refrain from chanting racist or xenophobic songs; e) Refrain from entering areas of reserved access or not intended for the public; f) Refrain from circulating from one section to another; g) Refrain from throwing any objects inside the sports grounds; h) Refrain from using firework material, any other pyrotechnic devices or those producing similar effects; i) Refrain from using horns powered by batteries, electric current or other forms of energy as well as any other permanently assembled noise- producing instruments, with the exception of the sound facilities of the SL Benfica Stadium. 9. Non-authorized entry of spectators into either the sports grounds competition area or the security area surrounding it is prohibited. 10. Respect for the seat indicated on the entry ticket is mandatory unless instructions to the contrary are given by a Steward. Standing in sitting areas is forbidden unless authorized by the Security Officer. 11. It is forbidden to exhibit, offer or sale any commercial or promotional articles or to do any type of advertising in the SL Benfica Stadium without express authorization from the home Club. 12. In accordance with Article 4 of the Law 37/2007, of 14 August it is forbidden to smoke in the concourses of the stadium. It is allowed to smoke in the stands and signed areas. 3 of 13
13. The admission and permanence of spectators in the SL Benfica Stadium means unconditional acceptance on their part of this regulation as well as the regulations of the Liga Portuguesa de Futebol Profissional (Portuguese League of Professional Football), Federação Portuguesa de Futebol (Portuguese Football Federation), UEFA and FIFA during competitions supervised by them, including any standards and regulations on safety and the use of public spaces. 14. The spectators at the SL Benfica Stadium are obliged to observe instructions given by Stewards and the Police. 15. Any spectator disrespecting the standards stipulated in this regulation or whose behavior is a source of disruption to the comfort and safety of third parties shall be expelled from the SL Benfica Stadium. Furthermore, offences of an administrative and criminal nature shall be published in accordance with the terms of the law in force (Law 39/2009, of 31 July Reviewed by Law nº 52/2013 of 25 July). 4 of 13

Access to SL Benfica Stadium The SL Benfica Stadium is located in the new part of Lisbon, nearby Centro Comercial Colombo (Shopping Center), one of the biggest commercial Shopping Center in Europe. The avenue leading to the stadium is also a meeting place for fans. The stadium has direct access to Lisbon's - 2ª ring road, that go s directly to the airport and to the Portuguese motorway Road, A1, A2 motorways, to North and south of Portugal respectively. The Colégio Militar Metro Station will be the best way of getting to the stadium, the blue line is a direct metro line from Lisbon city Center (Rossio Square), and Railway Station Santa Apolónia, the terminus for the fast Alfa/Pendular trains between Lisboa and Porto, making the metro an excellent choice. Lisbon s International Airport is about 5 kilometers from the stadium and there are metro and direct buses to City Center. There are plenty of buses and trains from Portugal's main city s to Lisbon Gare do Oriente Interface, from that location supporters can use the Metro Network to arrive the Stadium, CARRIS (Lisbon city bus company) n.º 54, 750 and 768 buses, also go from city center to the Stadium area.
