Format AA, A Men & Ebony Pro Ladies: Three (3) Motos and a final Each Day All Other classes: Saturday: Three (3) Motos Sunday Two (2) Motos and Finals. These will be conducted over two days, with points through motos, dead man semis and dead man finals. Classes with 8 or less, ALL RIDERS progress to a sixth moto. Invitation Finals will be run for all classes except Pro classes. Registration,Transponder Fitting & Practice All riders must register and produce their current BMXA licence Registration &Transponder fitting: Saturday 8 th November: 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Motos will be drawn after close of Registration. Practice: Friday evening: 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.(open gate practice, $2 per rider). Saturday: Graded Practice from 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Schedule available at Registration, the Knox website or our facebook page. Sunday: All Age classes & Retro Classes 9:00am to 10:15am A/AAMen,VP(30+OW), Ebony Pro Ladies 10:15am to 10:30am. Note: Full Regulation race gear must be worn and race plate with race number must be displayed during the entire event.
Conditions of Entry 1. All riders must hold a current Sprocket, 4 month licence or Open BMXA licence. Club licences are not acceptable. 2. If insufficient entries are received to form a Class at closing date, riders will be allocated to the most appropriate Class. 3. Determination of age for all classes is age at 31 December 2014. 4. No refunds, unless: a. It is found after the close of entries that a rider s nominated Class is not available and a suitable alternative Class is not available; or b. A rider is injured or becomes ill prior to the event and produces a medical certificate, in which case an administration fee will be deducted. 5. It is the rider s responsibility: a. To check if an entry has been received. Entry lists will be progressively updated on the BMXV web site www.bmxv.com.au b. To ensure they register, check moto sheets, attend staging on time and ride in their correct moto. 6. Riders who fail to register will not be included in moto draw. 7. Where there are 8 or less competitors in a Class all riders have a sixth moto 8. Pro Classes: Please note the format is different to the 2013 event. 9. Transponders will be used for all riders except Sprockets. Riders riding two Classes using 2bikes (e.g. Cruiser & 20 or20 & Retro classes) MUST have 2 transponders. Please note, there will be parking restrictions during the event. Please park in designated car parks as council have advised they will be patrolling the area.
