Day Three Swimming Intro Activity: Float in the deep end for 2 minutes using any float that we learned in the last class. Fitness Activity: 3x10 bobs in the shallow end. Lesson Focus: Treading water -Use paws, not forks when sculling -Egg beater kick with legs -Keep your face dry Culminating Activity: Game of Waterpolo Day Four Swimming Intro Activity: Tread water for 2 minutes. Fitness Activity: Aquajog in deep end with floatie belts for 6 minutes. Lesson Focus: Elementary Backstroke -Finning on back with flutter kick -Little bird, big bird, FLAP with flutter kick -Elementary backstroke arms with frog kick Culminating Activity: Game of Marco Polo using elementary backstroke.

Fitness Activity: Breath control 25 s 8x25 s 5 breaths-4 breaths-3 breaths-2 breaths with 20 seconds rest in between each 25. Get HR up and wait for everyone in lane to finish before starting the next 100. Lesson Focus: Backstroke -Finning on back with flutter kick -Double arm backstroke ( thumbs out, little pinkies back in ) -Keep your eyes to the sky Culminating Activity: Game of football in the shallow end. Day Eight Swimming Intro Activity: Swim backstroke for 2 minutes.
