TAEKWONDO - SPECIFIC TRAINING WITH ELASTIC BANDS, TRX TRAINING, PLYOMETRIC TRAINING, TRAINING METHODOLOGY WITH THE ELECTRONIC DAEDO PROTECTORS. HAPKIDO SELF DEFENSE JUDO PROJECTIONS AND RESTRAINING THE OPPONENT IN THE GROUND TAI CHI CHUAN The classes will take place in the School Gymnasium and on the beach Classes are open to all athletes from 7 years of age. The BODY BOARD or SURF classes will be for 2 hours with the maximum of 10 people per class. The price is 15.00 per person / per class. (THE PRICE IS INCLUDES ALL THE EQUIPMENT NEEDED SUIT AND BOARD) The instructor is SILVANO LOURENÇO, European champion in this sport. All participants of the seminar must bring: RUNNING SHOES, DOBOK, BELT & ALL TKD PROTECTIONS. All under age participants must bring parents authorisation signed (responsibility term). Failure to produce a signed authorisation will result in the participate being refused entry to the seminar. All adult participants must also have the responsibility term form complete and signed.
