Primary Routes of Exposure: Skin Contact Eye Contact Inhalation Eye Contact: Direct contact with material can cause severe irritation. Skin Contact: Direct contact can cause slight irritation for short term exposure to severe irritation or sensitization after long term contact. Inhalation: Inhalation of mist or spray can cause irritation to nose, throat and lungs, including headache, dizziness, nausea,

Page:2 drowsiness. 4: FIRST AID MEASURES Inhalation: Remove subject to fresh air. Eye Contact: Flush eyes with a large amount of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a physician if irritation persists. Skin Contact: Wash affected skin areas thoroughly with water. Apply skin cream. Consult physician if irritation persists. Ingestion: If swallowed give 2 glasses of water to drink then induce vomiting by having patient tickle back of throat with finger. Keep Airway clear. Consult a physician immediately. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. 5: FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES FIRE AND EXPLOSIVE PROPERTIES: Flash Point: > 140 F TCC Auto-ignition Temperature: Unknown Lower Explosion Limit: 3.2 Upper Explosion Limit: 15.3 Unusual Hazards: Material will not burn but may spatter above boiling point. Extinguishing Agents: Use extinguishing media appropriate for surrounding media. Use water spray to cool adjacent fire exposed containers to avoid rupture and spattering. Personal Protective Equipment: As in any fire, wear self contained breathing apparatus (pressure demand, MSHA/NIOSH approved or equivalent) and full protective gear to avoid exposure to fumes and vapors and to maintain TLV. Special Procedures: None. 6: ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Protection: Appropriate protective equipment must be worn when handling a spill of this material. See the PERSONAL PROTECTION MEASURES Section for recommendations. If exposed to material during clean-up operations, see the FIRST AID PROCEDURES Section for appropriate actions. Procedures: Keep spectators away. Floor may be slippery; use care to avoid falling. Flush small spills to sewer using plenty of water. Contain large spills immediately with inert materials (e.g. sand, earth, absorbent). Transfer liquids and solid diking material to separate suitable containers for recovery or disposal. CAUTION: Keep spills and cleaning runoff out of municipal sewers and open bodies of water. 7: HANDLING AND STORAGE Handling: Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing.

Page:3 Remove and wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Practice good personal hygiene: Wash after handling; shower at end of work period. Storage Conditions: Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Protect from storage temperatures above 150 F to insure material homogeneity. Keep Out of Reach of Children. Store upright in original closed container. 8: EXPOSURE CONTROLS, PERSONAL PROTECTION Respiratory Protection: A respiratory program meeting OSHA 1910.134 and ANSI Z88.2 requirements must be followed whenever workplace conditions warrant a respirator's use. Use of this product does not require respiratory protection under normal operating conditions. Where vapors or mists may occur, wear a MSHA / NIOSH approved (or equivalent) half-mask air purifying respirator. Air purifying respirators should be equipped with organic vapor cartridges and dust and mist filters. Eye Protection: Wear chemical splash goggles (ANSI Z87.1 or approved equivalent). Hand Protection: Wear gloves resistant to water and detergent permeation. Other Protection: None required. FACILITY CONTROL MEASURES: Ventilation: Use normal room ventilation with a local exhaust or mechanical general ventilation at the point of use to minimize exposure.
