WESTERN DRESS CODE POLICY Dress Code Contestants are required to be in full western dress one hour before the rodeo begins. The start of the rodeo does not include the cutting or reined cow horse events. However, if you are in the arena, during the cutting contest, you are required to be in full western dress.
