Forever Wild Land Trust Tracts with Hunting Provisions Prepared by Alabama State Lands Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (334) 242-3484 Updated: October 2014 The following information describes Forever Wild Tracts with provisions for public hunting. Forever Wild tracts may be designated for use under one or more of four categories: Wildlife Management Areas, Nature Preserves, Recreation Areas, and State Parks. Several tracts have been purchased solely to add to or create a Wildlife Management Area (WMA).
