Pageant Rules I understand that if I win any Title from Miss Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant in any age division I agree to act in an appropriate manner when representing this title. I understand and agree to pay full payment 4 weeks before the pageant. If not your disqualified with no refund. I understand that the panel of judge s decision is FINAL!!! I agree to abide by directives concerning judging procedures, pageant schedule, and to be a team player. I agree no inappropriate behavior or bulling will be tolerated by anyone. If done so you will be disqualified with no refund and will be asked to leave. I understand that if I win any Title from Miss Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant in any age division I am responsible to attend at least half of events scheduled during reign. I understand that if I win any Title from Miss Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant in any age division I will be responsible to be present when giving a way the Title at the next pageant. I understands that if I win the Title I will discuss with directors (Lisa Galvan and Priscila Perales) before I present myself with my Title at any event not scheduled by the Miss Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant. It is not prohibited but we need to be aware of the situation. I understand I must submit Two 5x7 head shot in 1-3 weeks before pageant date. If not by due date contestant will not be part of the program book. I agree that I must sign the contestant entry containing the release of my photo, likeness, and image in connection with my participation in the pageant. I understand that I must abide by rules and regulations of age appropriate make-up and hair. I agree that I must give Tickets and Money back by 1 week before the pageant day. If not your disqualified with no refund. I agree that I will not post inappropriate content (bad language, pictures or rants) on any Social Media Outlet. Doing so can be terms for disqualification or removal of Title.
I agree that I will not hold Miss Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant or any employee, or the facility where the pageant is held responsible in the event of theft or injury as a result of any contestants participating in any events. This includes, entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, and any other fees paid to D&G Royal Beauty Productions and Miss Freedom Fest Beauty Pageant.
