Travel Bus transfers between ISM and KIA for departure and arrival Return flights with KLM from Kilimanjaro to Geneva Cost of flights for the ISM staff chaperones Airport transfers from Geneva to Verbier Ski Resort All transport costs throughout the entire 11 day programme 2. Accommodation Accommodation in Swiss style chalet 2-4 students per room with private bathroom 9 days, 8 nights full-board with 4 meals and drinks 1 night accommodation at Nash Airport Hotel Geneva 3. Skiing Ski or snowboard rental for 6 days Ski clothes (trousers, jacket, boots, helmet) 6 days ski pass «Les 4 Vallées» 6 days of lessons/guiding with professional instructors Fully supervised afternoon/night activities (swimming, ice skating, etc) Free use of all facilities (games room, film theatre, pool, ice-skating ring etc) 4. Pay the balance of $1700 by Friday 29th November. Please note: 1. The $2155 deposit is non-refundable, as it includes a deposit to and the cost of the flight. 2. This price does NOT include ski gloves and goggles, which students will either need to acquire beforehand or purchase in Switzerland (approx cost $50-100 total). 3. This price does NOT include the cost of obtaining a Swiss Visa. You MAY need to arrange this, depending on your child s nationality. Approx cost $100-$150. 4. Cancellation insurance is provided by and therefore only their costs are claimable (approx $2400). The cancellation insurance is valid only in the event of illness or the death of a family member. Flight cancellation would be dealt with by our travel agent, who may be able to recover some costs.
