To qualify for the Grand Finals in doubles, the same pair has to play at least 4 events. SINGLES: The top 15 men and 15 women who have accumulated the largest number of points at ITTF World Tour events during 2017 will be invited to participate in the Seamaster 2017 ITTF World Tour Grand Finals. In addition, the ITTF will invite one men s and one women s player from the association hosting the Seamaster 2017 ITTF World Tour Grand Finals and meeting the criteria to attend at least 5 events. If a player from the host association is already amongst the 15 invited players or does not meet the participation criteria, then the 16th player in order will be invited. DOUBLES: The top 7 men's doubles pairs and 7 women's doubles pairs who have accumulated the largest number of points, as a pair, at ITTF World Tour events in 2017 will be invited to participate in the Seamaster 2017 ITTF World Tour Grand Finals. In addition, the ITTF will invite one men's doubles and one women's doubles from the association hosting the 2017 ITTF World Tour Grand Finals and meeting the criteria to attend at least 4 events. If a pair from the host association is already amongst the 7 invited pairs or does not meet the participation criteria, then the 8th pair in the order will be invited. In the case that one player appears in two or more double pairs, only the highest qualifying pair will be considered. To be eligible, the players have to play at least 4 events together.

Men s and Women s Singles will each have 16 players, Men s and Women s Doubles will each have 8 pairs. Seeding of the players or pairs is determined by the final order of the World Tour standing. Men s and Women s Singles Will be conducted as knockout events. Draw will be conducted according to ITTF and World Tour Regulations. There will be no separation by Association.
