Introduction Document Overview This document contains information regarding the 2015.4 release of Sabre Red App Centre. The Sabre Red App Centre is the world s first online B2B travel app marketplace connecting Red App buyers and sellers from around the world. Release Type and Overview Release Identification Release Version Release Date 2015.4 December 17 th 2015 Release Type This is a release update which includes functionality change and defect fixes to the Sabre Red App Centre Global Online Marketplace. www.sabreredappcentre.com Launch Dates, Market Availability The release with additional enhancements and maintenance work will launch globally to all markets on December 17 th 2015. Any users visiting the Red App Centre Website after release date noted above will automatically see the enhancements and bug fixes noted below. New Features Implemented Enhancements Sabre Red App Centre was enhanced to support auto-activation of Red Apps. We have added a new special mode during the ordering process. This new option, Automatic Activation Order, saves time by allowing the agency to automatically activate an app for all of the EPRs in one or more PCCs when placing the order. Agencies can choose to use this new order process, or they can place orders the way they do today, manually provisioning the apps within the SRW Agency Admin Tool (AAT). They simply choose the Manual Activation Order button, formerly known as Standard order. Important note: After placing an Automatic Activation Order the Red App will be automatically provisioned and activated for users provided in that order, and any subsequent version of that Red App will also be activated for your users automatically. Auto Activation Order is available for Public apps and may be available for selection of apps only. Automatic Activation Orders do not require the Agency Admin to activate the Red App in the Agency Admin Tool found in Sabre Red Workspace. Buyer side changes: Enhanced Red App ordering process: If available, Automatic Activation Order option will be visible at the first step of the Red App ordering procedure. Easy to use EPR selector system will now generate the list of assigned EPRs for provided PCCs that you may select for your order. Enhanced Red App ordering history and notifications: Additional information was added to provide better feedback about the status of the placed order. In case of some PCCs / EPRs in the order were rejected by the system we will present that information in the Orders/Orders History section accompanied with appriopriate messaging available under Messages/Inbox/From System. Installation and Upgrade Notes Installation / Upgrade There are no required installation instructions for users visiting the site to receive the new release. Expected System Down Time Please expect disruption of service to the Red App Centre, with periods of unavailability, from 7PM (CST) on Thursday, December17th, to 6AM (CST) on Friday, December 18 th.
