We welcome you to be part of the Dolphin Community Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club has been incorporated since 1985 and has produced some of Australia s legendary Rugby Union players in what is a globally recognised and highly supported sport. Based in stunning Noosa Heads, the Dolphins Rugby Union Club is one of the largest clubs on the Sunshine Coast and has been home to many international and national training and preparation camps throughout the years. Last year the club participated in numerous competitions, including two senior teams, sixteen Junior teams and two Seven s teams. With exemplary performances from our A Grade team, who have competed in 29 Grand Finals and remained undefeated last year, the growth of the club is strong. 2017 will once again welcome over 300 registered junior players and see our Club play host to not only the competitors we face from Caloundra, Maleny, Kawana, Maroochydore, University, Mathew Flinders, Sunshine Coast Grammar, Nambour, Eumundi and Peregian Springs, but the entourage of parents, grand parents, siblings and friends all supporting these individuals through the great game of rugby. The philosophy of the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club is to foster a strong community spirit, encourage active participation in life, boost confidence, friendships, skills and allow our members to experience the satisfaction of enjoying success whilst supporting one s peers. With prestine fields and functional club house, boarded by the serenity of the Noosa National Park, 2017 will see the Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union Club welcome an increased number of social and supporter events to enable sponsors to further capitalise on the lucrative Noosa domestic and international markets.
