Who are the Connecticut Tigers? The Connecticut Tigers are the Class-A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and are the newest franchise in the NY-Penn League. The Connecticut Tigers play their home games at beautiful Dodd Stadium located in Norwich, Connecticut, the rose city of New England. The City of Norwich is located in New London County, situated in the scenic foothills of Southeastern Connecticut and boasts a county population of 260,000.
