CWFL Application Fees Original The total fee for the CWFL is $97. This total consists of two separate fees: application fee ($55) fingerprint-processing fee ($42). Renewal Notice of Renewal sent 6 weeks ahead of expiration Renewal fees are $45 for Florida Resident and $87 for out of state residents.
