Hazardous if inhaled. May cause allergenic reaction in the skin. Causes irritation to skin and eyes. Hazardous vapor, may affect the brain and nervous system, causing dizziness, headache or nausea. EFFECTS OF OVER EXPOSURE: Acute (short term) CONTACT WITH EYES May cause irritation to the eyes. CONTACT WITH SKIN May cause irritation or sensitization of the skin. May cause dermatitis. INHALATION May cause irritation of the respiratory system, as well as symptoms such as throat dryness and difficulty to breathe. May cause depression of the central nervous system, causing headache, dizziness, confusion, unconsciousness or coma. INGESTION Hazardous if swallowed. Ingestion is not an entry route expected in industrial or commercial use. CHRONIC RISKS (Long term): Repeated or extended contact with solvent may lead to permanent damage to the central nervous system. Contact with the skin may cause dermatitis.

Date of last revision: 11/01/2010 Page: 2 of 5 4 FIRST-AID MEASURES EMERGENCY AND FIRST-AID PROCEDURES: INHALATION: Move the person to a ventilated place. Restore and keep breathing. If it is difficult to breathe, use oxygen. Provide immediate medical attention. CONTACT WITH EYES: Wash the eyes immediately with plenty of running water for at least 15 minutes. Provide immediate medical attention. CONTACT WITH SKIN: Wash the affected area with plenty of water and then with water and soap, remove contaminated clothing. Consult a physician if symptoms occur. INGESTION Do not induce vomit. Provide the victim with one or two glasses of water or milk. Call a physician. Never give anything by the mouth to an unconscious person. 5 FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES FLAMMABILTIY CLASSIFICATION: Flammable Liquid Class 3 (NBR 7500/87) FLASH POINT: > -3 o C (Setaflash Sealed Container) TYPES OF EXTINGUISHERS: Foam, CO2, Chemical Powder and Mist MEASURES AGAINST FIRE AND EXPLOSION: Flammable liquid and vapor. Keep packaging well sealed. Sealed packaging may rupture when exposed to extreme heating. Isolate from heat, electrical equipment, flames, sparks and other ignition sources. Use water to keep packaging cooled. SPECIAL PROCEDURES WHEN FIGHTING FIRE: Use complete protection equipment, including breathing apparel with cylinder, water spray may not be effective, mist-type system is preferable. During fire, toxic or irritating gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion. 6 MEASURES FOR CONTROLLING ACCIDENTAL SPILLING OR LEAKAGE STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED IF MATERIAL IS SPILLED: Keep non-essential people away from the leakage area. Remove all ignition sources (flames, hot surfaces, electrical sparks etc.). Avoid breathing vapors, use breathing equipment (cylinders). Notify the authorities as required. Contain and remove with inert material keeping in a container for further disposal. Avoid contact. Check information contained in other sections of this. 7 HANDLING AND STORAGE HANDLING Keep packaging well sealed to avoid leakage. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Avoid breathing vapors. Only handle the product after reading and understanding safety precautions. Empty packaging cannot be reused. Use with appropriate ventilation. Empty containers may have flammable wastes; therefore, keep away from fire and spark. Do not smoke where the product is stored. STORAGE Store only in well ventilated areas. Do not store close to heat or spark. Keep packaging sealed when not in use.

Date of last revision: 11/01/2010 Page: 3 of 5 8 EXPOSURE CONTROL AND INDIVIDUAL PROTECTION ENGINEERING CONTROLS: Good ventilation of the area should be kept to keep contaminant level below the recommended limits. Solvent vapors are heavier than the air and are concentrated in the lower portions of the working area. Enough ventilation; (explosion-proof equipment) should be used to prevent accumulation of flammable vapor. RESPIRATORY PROTECTION: Use respiratory protection equipment with filters designed to remove particle and organic vapor combination, if the occupational limits are exceeded, as presented in the section below and in the NR6 and NR15 associated with Work Safety and Medicine. For emergency situations, usage in confined space, or other conditions where exposure limits may be exceeded, use breathing equipment with approved air supply. SKIN PROTECTION: Use nitrile rubber or neoprene gloves to avoid contact with skin. EYE PROTECTION: Use safety glasses with side protection where spills of the product may occur. OTHER PROTECTION EQUIPMENT: Use disposable or waterproof clothing if working clothing contamination is probable. Use long-sleeved shirts to reduce skin exposure. HYGIENE PRACTICES: Wash the hands previously to eating, smoking or using the bathroom. Food or drink should not be consumed in the area where this product is stored. Thoroughly wash the hands after handling.
