Go nort on US 63 for approximately 4.1 miles to te E. Pratersville Road Exit (DO NOT USE THE MEXICO GRAVEL ROAD EXIT). Turn rigt onto E. Pratersville Road to Nort Oakland Gravel Road. ON THE ROUTE» ON THE ROUTE» Eac route is clearly marked. Please make note of te sign color of te route you wis to ride. Te opening ceremony is 7 a.m. Saturday. If you start after 8:45 a.m. you MUST ride te 20-mile route or be driven to a rest stop. Tis is for te safety of all cyclists. Cyclists after tese times will be unsupported on te route (no SAG support or rest stops). SUPPORT & GEAR (SAG) VEHICLES SAG veicles patrol eac route to provide support for cyclists in between rest areas. Flasing te tumbs up sign to oncoming SAG drivers will let tem know you are cycling witout problems; tumbs down signals te SAG to stop and elp. SAG drivers will not be able to transport gear for you unless you ride wit te van or tere is a medical situation. We are not responsible for any items left in SAG veicles. Personal/Team SAG s will not be allowed to pull into, park, or distribute any materials (including lunc) at Bike MS Rest Stops. Tanks to Accenture for sponsoring te SAG veicles. MOTORCYCLE SUPPORT Motorcycles patrolling te route will ave a limited supply of water, first aid kits and a tire pump. Tey can inform cyclists ow far te next rest stop is, alert tem to any traffic problems and provide overall moral support. MEDICAL Certified medical personnel will be at eac rest stop and will travel te route. If you need certain medications, please be sure to bring tem wit you. BIKE MECHANICS Mecanics from Maplewood Bicycle, Cyclextreme, Walt s Bicycle Fitness and Wilderness Co. and Big Sark Bicycle Co. will be at te rest stops. Please ave a credit card or cas to pay for parts. LOWER MILEAGE ROUTES Approximately 20 and 40-mile options will be available eac day. A large portion of te route will be sared wit te oter cyclists. AMISH COUNTRY On Saturday, longer routes will take cyclists troug Amis Country. Please be respectful of teir traditions and customs and do not take pictures of te Amis people. Tank you for your consideration. REST STOPS Located every 8 to 12 miles along te routes, rest stops offer: water, sports drinks, snacks, rest rooms, medics and mecanical support..
