Excellent solid action. Revolver was altered by removing the lanyard ring stud and nickel plating the metal. The plating was done long ago and is turning slightly milky and shows some edge wear. The heat was severe enough to melt plastic grips so it may have been sufficient to alter the temper in springs, etc. All guns must be checked by a competent gunsmith before firing!
