ALBANY CREEK SWIM CLUB NOMINATING FOR CLUB NIGHT NOMINATING FOR 12.5M EVENTS Swimmers do not need to nominate for 12.5m events. On Club Nights 12.5m swimmers will be called to marshalling and organised into lanes. 12.5m events are a development opportunity for our swimmers and are not timed. NOMINATING FOR ALL OTHER EVENTS For Club Nights, the Club uses Swimming Australia s online meet system called My Lane. All Club Night Nominations must be completed online. Nominations must be received by 6:00pm on the Monday immediately preceding the Wednesday club night. No late nominations can be accepted after the cut off time in My Lane. Swimmers who do not nominate before the cut off time are able to swim at Club Night if there is a spare lane available. However, no times will be recorded and no points awarded. See the ACSC Website for further information about Club Nights: albanycreek.swimming.org.au/club-nights NEW MEMBERS New Members, who do not yet have a My Lane account; or swimmers attending a Club Night as a trial need to see the Club Night Coordinator at the Club Night desk (at the base of the announcer s tower) before 6:15pm to register their nominations manually. NOMINATING VIA CLUB WEBSITE Go to the Albany Creek Swim Club Website homepage: albanycreek.swimming.org.au 1. Scroll down to the Albany Creek Swim Club Events section. Click on the Detail button for the Club Night you wish to register for. 2. The Meet Detail Page displays. Click on the Enter button. 3. Log in using the swimmers My Lane Username and Password. The swimmers My Lane account is the one you created when you signed up for the season. Use the Forgotten Password button if you cannot remember the swimmers password, or contact the Club Registrar on registrar.acsc@gmail.com for further assistance with My Lane accounts.
4. Once you receive your log-on confirmation, click on the Book on Meet button: 5. The events available for the selected Club Night will display. Select the events your swimmer would like to nominate for. Note there is no charge for any Club Night events. When you have selected all the required events, click on the Proceed button:
6. A booking confirmation will display. When satisfied with your selections, click on the Continue button: 7. You will receive a final confirmation that the Club Night Nominations have been successful:
CHANGING NOMINATIONS You are able change your Club Night nominations online to add additional event nominations, prior to the 6:00pm Monday cut off. However, you are unable to remove any nominations online. Please contact the Club Night Co-ordinator on clubnights.acsc@gmail.com to cancel or remove any event nominations:

B. Once you have logged into My Lane, click on Meets on the Left-Hand Menu C. The meets page displays, click on Club to see Club Meets D. The ACSC Club Events display, click on Detail for the Club Night you would like to nominate for
