LEGEND OPEN: Any age exhibitor may show in these classes except for those classes which involve a canter. OPEN AMATEUR: Exhibitors who are classified as Amateurs by MFTHBA rules and, for this show, exhibitors who are 18+ years old. AMATEUR-OWNED: Exhibitors who are Amateurs as described above but must own their own horses (or jointly own them with only immediate family members). For this show, exhibitors who are 18+ years old. Must show registration papers to verify ownership. Must have had ownership of horse for at least 60 days prior to show. YOUTH: Exhibitors who are ages 17 and under. Youth exhibitors must wear helmets for exhibiting at this show. Youth riders may exhibit in Youth classes, Open Classes, Pleasure, Versatility, or Halter. May not ride stallions and may not show in classes which require a canter. NOVICE: Exhibitors must not have won a first place ribbon in any other show. FUN: No restrictions on the horse or exhibitor (except where noted). PLEASURE: No restrictions on the horse or exhibitor (except where noted). VERSATILITY: No restrictions on the horse or exhibitor (except where noted.) CLEAR CREEK TROPHY: This trophy is awarded to the Amateur rider/horse team which has accumulated the most points combined from all the classes entered in this show (Amateur classes, Open classes, Pleasure Classes, Versatility classes, FUN classes, Novice classes, etc.) HIGH POINT AWARDS: Points earned for each division (Youth, FUN, Pleasure, Versatility, and Amateur) will be tabulated throughout the show. At the end of the Show, awards for each division will be given to first and second place exhibitors.

THREE-D CLASSES PERFORMANCE CLASSES: Three-D classes involve two qualifying classes and one championship class for each level. There will be three levels of 3-D champions: (1) Level 1: top Level (2) Level 2: Mid-level (3) Level 3: Lowest level. All 3-D Championships will pay cash awards and ribbons. The same exhibitor/horse team must show throughout the three class series. CHAMPIONSHIP PERFORMANCE CLASSES (Amateur & Open): Must have shown in two classes of the same designation to qualify to show in Championship classes. The exhibitor who has qualified the horse must ride that same horse in the championship. OTHER --All horses must have a current Coggins test upon entering the show grounds. --All Amateur-owned exhibitors must verify ownership of horses via MFTHBA registration papers. --All stallions must be controlled, and stallion owners/exhibitors must be aware of youth and other exhibitors well-being during the show as well as the audience. --All horses must be registered with the MFTHBA. --All exhibitors must be current members of Florida Fox Trotter Association. (May purchase FFTA membership at the show.) --All exhibitors must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement prior to showing a horse. --Trail obstacle course is open for any exhibitor to practice the course until 45 minutes prior to competition. Any obstacles misplaced by horse should be replaced correctly. --Exhibitors must clean their own stalls prior to leaving show grounds. --Generators are allowed on trailers at the show. Request that generators be turned off by 10 p.m. as a courtesy to others.
