I. Participation 1. Only competitors from the age of 20 (born on or after 1998) have the right to take part. 2. Each competitor have the right to participate in two individual races and one relay per session. 3. All competitors must submit written statements about their health condition and that they compete at their own risk. This can be done along with the registration on the day of the competition in promoters office. 4. Competitors representing clubs and sections affiliated and not affiliated with PZP must enter the competition only as part of the club application. Non-afiliated competitors enter individualy. 5. In Andrzej Majchrzakowski's 800m Freestyle races Masters swimmers can participate only after meeting the time limits according to the table attached. This rule is not applicable to the competitors (triathlon and Masters) from Kuyavian-Pomeranian voivodeship. Those participants who will not meet the time limits will not be taken into consideration in the meet classification or Masters Cup points system. They will be ranked solely for that particular event. II. Entry procedure 1. All entries must be completed through Entry Editor Splash. LENEX file should be emailed to michal.derewecki@poczta.fm no later than 12/05/2018 (Sunday), 8pm. Entries will be confirmed within 48h. If not, please repeat the whole process. 2. Entry pack will be available on www.megatiming.pl, www.masters.polswim.pl or 3. The start lists will be published on 18/05/2018 on: www.masters.polswim.pl www.megatiming.pl 4. Following start lists publication, no changes will be possible in respect of programme of events and entry times, except withdrawal from an individual race. III. Age Groups Youth Group: 0 20-24 Masters Age Groups: A 25-29 G 55-59 B 30-34 H 60-64 C 35-39 I 65-69 D 40-44 J 70-74 E 45-49 K 75-79 F 50-54 L 80-84 and so on every 5 years
IV. Team relays Relays must consist of members of one club only. Swimmers from age group '0' and swimmers nonaffiliated are not permitted in Masters relays. Combine age of four swimmers must be as follows Youth Group V. Regulations 0 80-96 years Masters Age Groups: A 100-119 D 200-239 B 120-159 E 240-279 C 160-199 F 280+ 1. All events will be decided on a Heat Declared Winner system. Heats will be arranged based on the submitted entry times, from slowest to fastest. Swimmers without the entry time will be allocated in the slowest heats. 2. In order to improve the course of the competition, competitors submitted for 800 m Freestyle and 400 m IM event will be asked to confirm the start. This will be announced during the competition. In the event of a large number of entries, the organiser will consider running 800 m freestyle event from the strongest heat. This will be announced in advance on the Facebook profile of the organiser, as well as during the competition. VI. VII. Awards 1. Medals and diplomas will be awarded to the top three swimmers in each age group in individual events. Diplomas (one per team) will be awarded to the top three team relays. 2. Statuettes and prizes will be awarded to the top five female and top five male swimmers of the meet according to Masters points system, for two best races. 3. In Andrzej Majchrzakowski's 800m Freestyle event, three best females and three best males will receive trophies and prizes ( according to Masters points system). 4. Each participant will recieve an occasional souvenir. VIII. Entry fees 1. The entry fee is 90,00 PLN per swimmer (85 PLN participation + 5 PLN for the Masters Technical Committee) 2. Entry fee for swimmers taking part in 800m Freestyle event ONLY is 25 PLN. 4. It is possible to pay the entry fee during registration on the day of the competition. In this case, the fee is PLN 120.00 (including PLN 5 for the Masters Technical Committee at the Polish Swimming Association). 5. Individuals / clubs wishing to receive an invoice for entry fees are requested to send the invoice details by 13/05/2018 (Sunday) on klub@tmt.torun.pl IX. Final provisions 1. The meet will be run in accordance with FINA, PZP and Masters laws and regulations. In matters not specified in laws and regulations or other announcements, decisions shall be made by the Chairman of the Organising Committee or the Main Judge of the competition. 2. The entry process runs on 'first come, first serve' basis. In case of number of entries exceeding 350, the competition organiser has a right to make a decision to close the start lists and reject future entries. 3. By entering, the participant confirms that he/she accepts the provisions contained in this announcement and consent to the free use of photos, videos or interviews with his/her image for the promotional purposes of the competition, as well as the Organiser. That includes posting results with personal data of participants on the Organiser's website and social networks, in the press, radio and television. The participant also consents to the processing of personal data by Personally Identifiable Information Protection Act from 29/08/1997 (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1182, as amended ), for the promotional purposes of the meet as well as Organiser. The consenting swimmer has the right of access and amendments and does so voluntarily. 4. Local newspapers and TV took on media patronage over the competition. That includes city's news portal Dzień Dobry Toruń and Telewizja Polska S.A. Oddział w Bydgoszczy. 5. In case of doubt, the Polish version of the organisational announcement is decisive.
