Dear Golf Friends It is an honor to organize the 19 th ESGA Masters Team Championship & Cup in the period time of 17 th to 22 nd of June 2018. As you know Portugal is appointed like a destiny of country golf in the world. We can play during 365 days a year. This time the organization decided to appoint a place close to Lisbon, Aroeira Golf Club 36 holes. The players and delegates will stay at Aldeia dos Capuchos Hotel Golf & SPA. As in Czech Republic we will test again the Super Masters 75+. We will do our best to retain this event in the memory of all participants. Important Information Please Check Actual Rules & Conditions of Play www.golfunion.eu 4.1 Important Information A Registration To register for the tournament please fill in the necessary Forms on the www.esgagolf.com website. B Team Registration Registration for the Masters Team Championship & Cup at the Tournament Desk in the lobby at Hotel Aldeia dos Capuchos Golf & SPA on June 17th from 12.00 to 20.00. Registration for the Super Masters 75+ at the Tournament Desk. C Tournament Desk The Tournament Desk at Hotel Aldeia dos Capuchos Golf & SPA will be in operation from Monday June 18th to Thursday June 21st from 07.00 to 19.00. D Tournament Office The main tournament office at the Hotel main lobby will be in operation on all tournament days. E Official Notice Boards All information will be available on the notice boards at the Hotel and at the golf courses. F Restaurants Restaurants will be in operation at the Hotel and in both golf clubs. G Caddy Room Available for golf bags at the Hotel and at the golf courses free of charge. H Driving Range Practice balls are available at the driving range free of charge at Aroeira II. I Pull Trolleys and Buggies Pull trolleys are available free of charge (Registration Form I). Buggies are allowed only for Super Masters 75+ and subject to restricted number 38 per buggy (Registration Form I). Electric trolleys are not available. 6
Important Information 4.2 Important Information J Transportation Taxi service is recommended from the airport to and from the Hotel. The distance between the Airport and the Hotel is 22 km. Bus transfers from the Hotel to and from the golf courses will be operating during the entire competition free of charge. Shuttle buses within the golf resort to and from Aroeira I / Practice Area / Aroeira II will be operating during the entire competition free of charge. K Car Rental Most larger car rental firms are represented at Lisbon Airport. Car rental company Europcar offers special conditions for the tournament week. By using the contract ID nr - 42549656 all rentals will have a 10% discount. Parking is free of charge at the Hotel and golf courses. 7

Designed by British architect Donald Steel it hosted the Ladies Open of Portugal on two occasions (2002 & 2003) and for several years was the venue for the Ladies European Tour Qualifying School.
