1.ACCREDITATIONS STEP 1 1) Park at Avinguda del President Josep Tarradellas i Joan, 22-24, 17007 Girona. 6.SERVICES Information desk / Exhibitor information desk In efforts to cover all the needs that emerge over the course of the fair, the organisers have set up a physical point of contact, the sole purpose of which is to provide information to exhibitors, answer questions and handle incidents. This desk will be located inside the Fontajau Pavilion. Exhibitor room / VIP Room Inside the Fontajau Pavilion there will be a room reserved exclusively as a meeting place for exhibitors, with drinks/food service. NOTE: Only people with and their guests. Security There will be 24h security and video surveillance from Tuesday 30 May to Monday 5 June. Security cameras: Access points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Bike wash service The organisers will provide a free bike wash service to brands that want to get their bikes ready for the following round of tests. The Sea Otter Europe organisers will hold a technical briefing to ensure the smooth operation and security of the bike test. IMPORTANT: All participants must be insured.
