If this is not the case, the competition can still be held, according to the organiser s decision. If, by the nominal deadline, there are less than 2 countries inscribed in any weight category, the organizer is obliged to inform immediately the NF concerned. According to EJU rules : Jumas inscription is obligatory. Participants must be registered in Jumas, otherwise they will face a late entry fee of 30 E per participant. The

Preliminaries 3 mats (8m x 8m) Finals 1 mat (8m x 8m) Judogi The competitions will be held in white and blue judogi. Judogi control according to IJF Sokuteiki Rule. Only Judogi from IJF suppliers will be allowed. Judogi markings must be in accordance with the EJU regulations. Detailed information is available from http://www.eju.net/statutes Back numbers Each competitor taking part in the EJU events is obliged to have on the back of his Judogi the official 2011 EJU / IJF back number. The 2011 Back Number version is obligatory. The participating athlete / federation is responsible for ordering and sewing of the the back number, which must be the official EJU / IJF one. It should be ordered from www.mybacknumber.com. Production and delivery takes around 4 weeks. Athletes without the appropriate back number will be out of the competition, No reserve Judo Gi will be available. The SPONSOR part (if needed) will be given to the head of delegation during registration, and the athletes can stick it themselves using the special glue on the back number. In case the participating federation sends fewer athletes than registered in the numerical entry, the federation will be charged the cost of the back number of all cancelled athletes. If the Judogi of the athlete does not comply with all the specifications of the EJU and the IJF, including the Back Number, the athlete will be disqualified from the tournament.
Referees Referee meeting Special Referring Rules for Cadets Transfer Liability All participating National Federations are kindly requested to bring one IJF / Continental Licenced referee to secure neutral refereeing. This year, referees who will attend European Cadet Cup in Pitesti, Romania will receive classifications. (Referees with classification C and not classified referees cannot referee at World Cups, they have to go first to European Cups. If they get there B or better, they can go to World Cups in the running years) Saturday 28 th April 2012 09.00 (Sport Hall Sala Sporturilor) Application of kansetsu waza is prohibited: The referee will stop the action if any of the athletes try to apply kansetsu waza and there will be no penalty. If torus applies kansetsu waza a second time, he is given direct hansoku make and he is not allowed to continue the competition. Application of shime waza is allowed: An athlete who has lost consciousness due to shime waza is not allowed to continue the competition. The Organising Committee provides the transfer from and to the Henri Coanda International Airport Bucharest or Aurel Vlaicu International Airport Bucharest and/or from Pitesti train station for all delegations booked in the official hotels. There are 100 km. Between Bucharest and Pitesti. Transfer between the official hotel and the sports will be provided by the organizers. Neither the organizers of the event nor the Romanian Judo Federation (or any of its officials or members) will be liable or responsible for any personal injury, nor for any loss or damage of property in connection with the trip and participation on this tournament and training camp.
