MTM Program Information Meeting Locations: Mountain Village meets under the covered patio area next to Mountain Sports Moonlight Madison Base meets in front of the Mercantile by Mountain Sports Meeting Times: AM Groups meet at 8:45 PM Groups meet at 12:15 Session Tickets and Rules For each session you attend you will be required to give that session ticket to your instructor. Participants will not be allowed into the session unless they have a ticket. We do not sell single sessions or prorate Packages for those who may attend fewer sessions than the package includes. Flexibility is built into the program through the following: o Allowing participants to miss one session for the Saturday Program and two for the Midweek Programs. o Offering credit for session tickets not used. These unused tickets can only be used towards products and activities sold at the Mountain Sports School and Basecamp. This credit is only good through the end of the current winter season and cannot be applied to lift tickets, season s passes, or any other merchandise. The credit value of each session ticket that is not used for the MTM program is proportionate to the Package price paid (discounted price versus full price) The early season pricing is good for those guests who both register AND pay for the program before 4:00PM on December 13, 2017. Sessions do not include APO or line cutting privileges. Sessions will not be cancelled due to bad weather or conditions. If participants consider the conditions or weather to be unfavorable the flexibility of missed sessions as described above should be used. All groupings of participants are made based on the skiing speed of the participant and the terrain they re currently skiing. Any requests for switching groups need to be coordinated through their initial instructors.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT DANGERS AND RISKS OF SNOWSPORTS I acknowledge that skiing, snowboarding, which means any activity that involves sliding, racing gates or jumping on snow or ice, involves inherent dangers and risks that are part of the sport and cannot be eliminated including: changing weather conditions; snow conditions as they exist or as they may change, including ice, hardpack, powder, packed powder, wind pack, corn snow, crust, slush, cut-up snow, and machine-made snow; avalanches, except on open, designated ski trails; collisions with natural surface or subsurface conditions, such as bare spots, forest growth, rocks, stumps, streambeds, cliffs, trees, and other natural objects; collisions with lift towers, signs, posts, fences, enclosures, hydrants, water pipes, or other artificial structures and their components; variations in steepness or terrain, whether natural or the result of slope design, snowmaking, or snow grooming operations, including but not limited to roads, freestyle terrain, ski jumps, catwalks, and other terrain modifications; collisions with clearly visible or plainly marked equipment, including but not limited to lift equipment, snowmaking equipment, snow grooming equipment, trail maintenance equipment, and snowmobiles, whether or not the equipment is moving; collisions with other skiers; the failure of a skier to ski within that skier's ability; skiing in a closed area or skiing outside the ski area boundary as designated on the ski area trail map; and restricted visibility caused by snow, wind, fog, sun, or darkness. I acknowledge these activities may be physically or emotionally demanding. I affirm my (or my child s) health is good, and that I (or my child) am (is) not under a physician s care for any undisclosed condition that might endanger my (or my child s) health or that of other participants. I recognize the inherent risk of injury or disability in this activity. I accept all legal responsibility for injury or damage of any kind to the extent that the injury or damage results from inherent dangers and risks of skiing. I agree that I (or my child) have a duty to ski at all times in a manner that avoids injury to the skier and others and to be aware of the inherent dangers and risks of skiing. The skier shall: know the range of the skier's ability and safely ski within the limits of that ability and the skier's equipment so as to negotiate any section of terrain or ski slope and trail safely and without injury or damage; know that the skier's ability may vary because of ski slope and trail changes caused by weather, grooming changes, or skier use; maintain control of speed and course so as to prevent injury to the skier or others; abide by the requirements of the skier responsibility code that is published by the national ski areas association; obey all posted or other warnings and instructions of the ski area operator; read the ski area trail map and be aware of its contents. I understand that my child may ride a chairlift without an adult and that not all chairlifts have lap bars. I have carefully read this complete form, fully understand its contents and sign the same of my own free will and accord. I grant permission to Big Sky Resort and Crystal Images to use my and/or my child(ren s) image(s) for purpose of publicity, public relations, editorial, or other advertising purposes. Initial SNOWSPORTS SPECIFIC: I understand that a helmet designed for RECREATIONAL SNOWSPORTS use will help reduce the risk of some types of injuries to the user at slower speeds. I recognize that serious injury or death can result from both low and high end energy impacts, even when a helmet is worn. I have been informed of the risk and understand that Big Sky Resort Highly Recommends the use of helmets for Snowsports. Initial Signature Signature of Parent or Guardian of Minor Printed Name Printed Name Date I assume all such risks and agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Big Sky Resort, Boyne USA, Inc. its agents, employees, and instructors from any and all claims and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the snowsports school and/or all of the associated premises. have authority to enter into this agreement and I agree to RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY Big Sky Resort, Boyne USA, Inc. its agents, employees, and instructors from any and all claims of the minor.
