Size of the delegation: Unlimited number of gymnasts Coach/coaches Min. 1 judge (fully acknowledged; FIG brevet judges are warmly welcome, but not obligatory) Entry fees: 50 per senior gymnast 40 per gymnast in all other categories General Awardings: All participating gymnasts will receive diplomas and presents A program awardings: seniors and juniors All around ranking: 1 st 3 rd ranked will receive trophies and prize money Each apparatus ranking: 1 st - 3 rd ranked will receive medals Senior A program winner will be The Queen of Rhythmic Gymnastics 2016 Seniors A program prize money: 1 st place AA ranked gymnast - 1000 (one thousand) 2 nd place AA ranked gymnast - 600 (six hundreds) 3 rd place AA ranked gymnast - 400 (four hundreds) Juniors A program prize money: 1 st place AA ranked gymnast - 250 (two hundred fifty) 2 nd place AA ranked gymnast - 150 (one hundred fifty) 3 rd place AA ranked gymnast - 100 (one hundred) note: prize money is free of any taxes deductions Other categories awardings: 1 st - 3 rd place AA: medals Accommodation: Participating Federations and clubs must cover the cost of accommodation and travel expenses themselves. LOC will cover farewell banquet costs as well as all local transportation lines (from and to hotel/venue/airport/train/bus stations) Visa: Please, verify with your travel agents or the Croatian Embassy or Consulate in your countries, if visa is required for your travel to Croatia. LOC will be happy to assist each delegation member, with an official invitation letter, provided that the request was made to LOC before February 15 th 2016.
