MARKETING & MANAGEMENT SUCCESSES HAMILTON TIGER CATS FOOTBALL CLUB Set the 135 year old accumulated attendance record in 2004 (our first year), then topped it in 2005. This was a 91% improvement in 1 year. Tripled gross revenue in 2½ years. Improved corporate sales by 550% in 2 years ($600k to 4M). 2005 & 2006 FORD CHAMPIONSHIPS AT DORAL Set the 44 year old attendance record in 2005 and broke that record with a new record in 2006. Generated more than 116 million media impressions, an 85% increase over 2004. Highest rated Doral ever on TV, reaching approximately 17 million viewers. 2006 CANADIAN MENS VOLLEYBALL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS Secured major title sponsor in Mizuno and sold event to 91% capacity for the weekend, including selling out Championship Sunday.

MEDIA & CREATIVE At MRX, we don t believe Creative is just a department. It s a frame of mind, a relationship between our client and our entire staff that is represented in each piece of work that we create, from business cards to the website, from newsletters to brochures. If you can imagine it, we can create it, and we can keep that vision constant throughout each of the pieces that we produce in partnership with you. As part of that creative, each of our clients benefits from a state of the art, newly redesigned website incorporating the creative designs used for each of the other creative pieces. A key piece of any marketing initiative, websites are one of the most powerful and cost effective marketing tools. At MRX, we believe that nobody knows your clients better than you do, so we create a Content Management System that allows our clients to update their own websites. Our clients are back in control of their own content and will find that the new website can be easily and efficiently maintained and managed. In partnership with key members of the Cliff Drysdale Tennis team, MRX will create a dynamic new website that meets both the short and long term goals and objectives of Cliff Drysdale Tennis.

PARTNERSHIP ELEMENTS Creative The Look & Feel The following creative elements will be provided to Cliff Drysdale Tennis through this agreement: Business Card Design Free Lesson Cards Design Letterhead, Envelope & Thank You Card Design Brochure Design includes Touring Camp, Club Membership, Summer Camps, Ladies Retreat and Mixed Couples Retreat Club Newsletter Design (HTML & Print) Monthly HTML Postcard Design Quarterly Cliff Drysdale Tennis Magazine Collateral Material for Marketing Packages includes material for company growth, sponsorships, presentation folders, meeting leave behinds and PowerPoint presentations DVD Video

PARTNERSHIP ELEMENTS Web Design & Development MRX Associates will work with Cliff Drysdale Tennis to create a dynamic and innovative new website at www.cliffdrysdale.com. The new site will be designed with the target audience in mind, and will include a Content Management System which will allow Cliff Drysdale Tennis to publish and make changes to News, Images for News, Locations, Camps and Events. In addition, the new site will allow Cliff Drysdale Tennis to collect information through a comprehensive data collection tool which will track people who visit the site and request information. The new site will also have the ability to track member activity through a database management system. As part of the new site, Cliff Drysdale Tennis will have the ability to not only allow for online registration for event participants, but will have the ability to sell tennis packages, clinics and privates sessions directly through www.cliffdrysdale.com, ultimately attracting even more unique visitors to the site with the upgraded e commerce capabilities.

PARTNERSHIP ELEMENTS Intranet As part of this agreement, MRX Associates will help Cliff Drysdale Tennis develop and utilize a company wide intranet, allowing Cliff Drysdale Tennis to hold Webmeetings, update and display company announcements and maintain/update client lists. Mobile Technologies MRX Mobile will assist Cliff Drysdale Tennis in setting up client ext alert messages for upcoming camps, contests and promotions. With tie ins to existing professional tennis championships and match updates, Cliff Drysdale Tennis will have the ability to utilize the upcoming mobile opportunity for client services and sponsor promotions.

PARTNERSHIP ELEMENTS My Day at Cliff Drysdale Tennis My Day at Cliff Drysdale Tennis will allow clients at any of the existing six (6) locations and the locations of the Cliff Drysdale Tennis Touring Camps or events to create and keep a custom designed hardcover photo album. Photos included in the album can be those the client or his/her family members have taken or those taken by the event photographer. My Day at Cliff Drysdale Tennis will include resort glamour shots, event group shots, copies of brochures and personal client photos all bound in a high end, collectible book that clients can personalize to meet their individual taste. Not only will the clients love the personalization available to them, along with the high quality photobook of memories, Cliff Drysdale Tennis will be top of mind with both them and their friends and family as they share their wonderful experience through photos.

TERMS Compensation Terms: $8,000 per month Term Length: 3 years * Includes free redesign of all creative elements and the www.cliffdrysdale.com website each year of the agreement
