CORPORATE TACTICAL PAINTBALL TRAINING Team building is an effort in which a team studies its own process of working together and acts to create a climate that encourages and values the contributions of team members. Their energies are directed toward problem solving, task effectiveness, and maximizing the use of all members resources to achieve the team s purpose. Sound team building recognizes that it is not possible to fully separate one s performance from those of others. Characteristics of Good Team Building o High level of interdependence among team members o Team leader has good people skills and is committed to team approach o Each team member willing to contribute o Team develops a relaxed climate for communication o Team members develop a mutual trust o Team and individuals are prepared to take risks o Team is clear about goals and establishes targets o Team member roles are defined o Team members know how to examine team and individual errors without personal attacks o Team has capability to create new ideas o Each team member knows he can influence the team agenda The Facts Instead of lengthy classroom instructions on subjects which you may have heard numerous times before, you will learn by doing. Time and learning will be compressed and your retention will increase dramatically as you play paintball games that have been strategically designed to teach you about teamwork, communication under pressure and leadership. Total time required: 2 hours TRAINER JOB DESCRIPTION Xtion Paintball will provide two trainers per session. The trainer duty is to promote and to encourage all the good characteristics of good team building (refer to Characteristics of Good Team Building on the first page). To suggest and give tips ideas of strategies that can be plan and discuss among team members. To observe overall/individual performance for the purpose of the evaluations. Performance Evaluation of Teams report will be filled up by the trainer for each team or each individual leader for client reference. Price List RM 1.
